It is a nice Hotel not very far from Lumbini Park. We enjoyed having meals there as waiters were friendly, food they cooked was delicious and warm and they even allowed us to eat our own food during the meal time. Reception was also helpful with our payment currency, counting or its exchange rate. We were happy guests there.

Our stay at Lumbini Five Elements Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love and care. The people there are truly warm-hearted — it felt more like being part of a family than just staying at a hotel. The hotel manager was an exceptional host, full of kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended to anyone visiting Lumbini! And I will do it any time again. Thank you for everything.

The power shortage in town is frequent. We stayed for 2 nights, at the first night the back up generator was out of service during the black out. The hotel had no contingency and dumped us without air conditioning on a 33°c night. The beds were filled with bugs, I mean a lot! On the second day, the generator was left unfixed but they did not inform us. When the power storage hit on the second night, there was no staff there to tackle the problem with no one more than a security guy who didn't speak English at all! It's totally not worth the money, don't go!

It is super five-star. Good reviews. When we returned to Kathmandu, we didn't buy tickets in time. The tickets were sold out that day. We had to go back to China the next day. We were anxious. The hotel and restaurant manager tried every means to contact us, and finally asked a local driver to take us back. Although it was a long distance It was bumpy, we arrived safely in the middle of the night, the driver was dedicated and had to rush back again with tired eyes, I felt guilty, moved and heartbroken, very touching! !
