Didn’t provide the room that I’ve booked, the room was full of bad odors, absolutely no access to hot water, unable to sleep at night due to mosquitoes and bed bugs were everywhere. The receptionist wasn’t too helpful whenever we needed help and it seems that this was his first day working here. The hotel doesn’t seem well maintained and managed.

The Air Condition in the room was not working while the day time temperature outside was 38-39.that I had to change room for 3 times The toilet closet did not flush well. The WIFI was bad...almost no connection or ..it reads....connected without internet...
