房間裏有蟑螂🪳打電話到前台要求換房，前台説沒有房間了，那天帶着小孩入住的，對於這個處理方式真的很無語，不過到最後也換了房間，退房時也跟前台説了這個事，當時問她們怎麼你們酒店沒有經常做消殺嗎？沒有人回答我，當時前台有三個前台接待員，然後我又再一次質問，前台接待其中一個回答我，這個不清楚哦，那是客房部的事，我們前台不是很清楚，然後就沒有下一句話，一個服務行業，這個最基本禮貌問題都不具備嗎？那做服務行業來氣客人嗎？而且前台接待不應該是微笑着面對客人嗎？為什麼她們是板著臉呢？我是去消費還是去受氣？還有房間什麼都沒有消費的入住還要交幾百塊錢按金，請問房間有什麼需要押的？又沒有水零食飲料這些東西？最後再一次吐槽，前台接待人員態度真的一點不好👎

床墊很厚實中又帶點柔軟適中，住了很多民宿酒店，這個床和五星級飯店的美國知名品牌有得輝哦，整體普通偏老舊走廊燈光不夠亮堂黑黑的，走廊又長昏暗的視線有點恐怖，牙刷比較硬。

酒店方便停車，服務態度好，有早餐，性價比高。唯一不足的是房間的煙味特別大，跟前台要求換了一間，煙味是小了點，但是被子的煙味夾雜着貌似黴味，這個體驗就不太友好了

暖風空調開了一晚還是11度，早上吃早餐後到大堂叫了服務員讓人來看沒有任何反應，又打電話反饋也沒有人來，一直到中午11點半退房房間空調沒有暖過。入住那麼多酒店最差的一次，難以避免的感冒了。

在羅城是比較好的酒店，房間寬，兩張1.5米的大床，很適合家人出遊，與小孩睡不擠。特別是餐廳環境好，有幾個大包廂，可以坐20多人一桌。我們幾家人在一起，其樂融融，價格不點名貴的菜的話，也很親民。早餐比起便捷酒店要好，停車位多並免費。最讓人舒心的是，房價與便捷酒店價格基本一樣。

設施：設施陳舊，陳舊洗手盆裂開了，浴室一塊門掉了，沒有補上，沖涼人水流的到處都是，地毯老舊臟，房間有異味 ，空調很吵，成龍湖就在旁邊
