Yunshang Holiday Manor

This hotel is located near Pinde Village, just behind Luoping's Jinjifengcong (Golden Rooster Peaks Cluster). The road leading to the hotel also happens to be the entrance to the Jinji Peak Forest Scenic Area, so we encountered some traffic when we arrived. However, the scenery along that road is absolutely beautiful. This village, unlike Jinji Village, is much quieter and more peaceful. Overall, despite being called a 'resort manor,' it feels more like a 'farmhouse stay' (nongjiale). The proprietress is quite a character herself.

Located in the heart of the Yunshang Huaxiang Scenic Area, the rooms are large, though a bit old. The food is delicious, and it's very convenient for sightseeing. With a large number of rooms, it's suitable for group accommodation.

Few tourists. The village is nice, not bad.

The breakfast was especially delicious, extra beds were available, the scenery was beautiful with clear waters and lush greenery, and a guide could even take you hiking. The service was excellent, and there were chrysanthemums and lotus flowers in full bloom. Sometimes there were even fields of rapeseed flowers.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was good. I will definitely come again next time.

Upon check-in, the hotel told me they hadn't received my order. I immediately contacted ttip.com customer service, and they said they had found it. The hotel manager said my room was in an older, more distant building. They eventually gave us a smaller room with a glass floor closer to the entrance. The room was simply furnished and very basic, especially the bathroom – there were ants, the shower and toilet weren't separated, and the drainage was terrible. We had dinner at the hotel, and one of the dishes was scrambled eggs with vegetables, but a quarter of the egg was burnt! The price wasn't cheap either.

Maybe it’s because the mountains are too humid and the facilities are aging quickly, so the air conditioning effect is not very good. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!

When you open the curtains of the glass bed room, you will be filled with rapeseed flowers. The morning birds are singing and the fragrance of flowers is very quiet. The manor covers a large area in a mountain col. There is also a Yunshang Flower Village square nearby where some snacks are sold. The cafe has an antique design. The antique color can sit for a while. The restaurant in the manor tastes good and the breakfast is simple. Overall, it is slightly higher than the level of ordinary farmhouses, has high cost performance and is suitable for a short stay.
