Fantastic! Stayed here with my sister. The room was incredibly spacious and the decor felt very cozy and comfortable. It was also spotless. Being so close to Luoyi Ancient City was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get back in the evenings. I'd definitely consider staying at this guesthouse again if I ever visit Luoyang in the future!

I was immediately captivated the moment I opened the door to this B&B! The courtyard's greenery was exquisitely manicured, and the room was decorated with such a cozy, home-like feel. Stepping outside, you're right on Crossroads Street, yet the B&B itself is a serene oasis amidst the bustle – truly comfortable! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit, and I've already enthusiastically recommended it to all my friends!

Let me cut straight to the chase: you'd be better off renting a 500-a-month apartment than spending money on this hotel. **'Smart Control' = All front desk duties completely offloaded onto guests:** 1. The hotel is tucked away in an alley with no prominent sign. You could easily walk right past it without noticing. And yet, the so-called 'manager' had the audacity to claim the hotel was very conspicuous. Ha, what a joke, right? When I asked where to find someone, the response was that 'one person needs to manage many locations, is very busy, and has no time to come.' How delightful. I had already navigated there using Amap, but then they sent another location pin and told us to find it ourselves. Fine, so we searched, under the scorching sun. After finally finding it, the electronic door lock required a password. After several failed attempts, a voice on the video intercom would chime in, 'How can you not open it?' Unbelievable. 2. For check-in, you have to go to a reception room yourself to place your ID card, then wait for them to control it remotely via computer. Front desk? Service? Nope. One 'manager' is practically an artificial AI (and I don't mean that as a compliment, don't misunderstand). **The Room/Environment:** This was my first time seeing a toilet without a door. What an eye-opener! The wall next to the bed was covered in footprints. The toilet paper was also the roughest kind, clearly a cost-cutting measure. **Service:** Truly passive-aggressive to the extreme. When I asked about check-out in the morning, I was told around 10 AM that they had 'just started work.' What? Was I not supposed to disturb your beauty sleep? Oh, right, one manager has to oversee many locations, so they're extremely busy. They're not the owner, just trying to make a living. So, you guests, just put up with it if you can. Simply fantastic.

The location is fantastic – tucked away in a quiet alley just over 100 meters from the main road, making it incredibly convenient for evening strolls to Lijing Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. The guesthouse isn't huge, but the rooms are clean, the bedding is excellent, and the shower water pressure is strong. There's also a handy drying area for clothes on the second floor. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The soundproofing was surprisingly good; despite the guesthouse being right next to a small alleyway, it became instantly quiet once the windows and doors were closed. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were so plush you'd sink right in, allowing for silent turns throughout the night. The cleanliness was impeccable. The floors weren't sticky even when walking barefoot, the duvet covers had a fluffy, sun-dried feel, and even the AC vents were dust-free. A rattan diffuser in the corner emitted a subtle woody fragrance, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The charming courtyard was picturesque, complete with a small fish pond. There's also a small terrace on the second floor, perfect for barbecues, enjoying beers, and gathering with friends. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient. A ten-minute walk leads you to a bustling snack street, packed with beef noodle soup and potsticker restaurants. Both bus and subway stations are within 500 meters. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Luoyi Ancient City for night views and capturing photos of the red walls at Yingtian Gate. The front desk can even help book tickets for Laojun Mountain, and they're completely clued in on where to find the best Hanfu styling services and authentic 'Water Banquet' restaurants nearby. Shuttle service needs to be arranged in advance, and the driver will arrive precisely on time to help with your luggage. As for value for money, this location paired with the amenities truly offers superb value. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly spacious, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is well-executed. After a long day of exploring, you can return, soak in a hot bath, then sit by the window, enjoy a freshly bought flower pastry, and watch the moonlight illuminate the old city's tiled rooftops. It inexplicably creates a profound sense of peace, as if you've traveled back a thousand years.

Room, bathroom & toilet are very small. However, it is very near 十字街 'shi zi jie' & very near MRT station. Surroundinga have many restaurants.

My friends and I visited Luoyang, and after several days of research, we settled on this guesthouse, primarily because it boasted a lovely small courtyard and was pet-friendly. Its location near Luoyi Old City and its charming style were exactly what I was looking for. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and all disposable amenities were provided. There was even complimentary drinking water in the room. Upon check-out, I'm not sure if it was the manager or the front desk staff, but they were incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastically gave us two bottles of water, knowing we were taking the high-speed train. As first-time visitors to Luoyang, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the locals. Luoyang is a wonderful city, and we'll definitely be back!
