It was horrendous. The quality of the rooms were horrible: the beds had stains on them and there were a fair few spiders in the bathroom, further more the food made my friend vomit not once but twice. I do not recommend eating here let alone staying.

Un hotel storico nel cuore del paese e pochi passi dalle terme di Lurisia. Personale cordiale , ottima piscina e Spa, dispone di saloni per cerimonie e piccole e grandi eventi , il ristorante e attrezzato e cucina tipica piemontese con ottima varietà di piatti. Pulizia al primo posto e tv nella zona accoglienza per vedere eventi sportivi.

5 giorni di puro incanto: atmosfera familiare, personale sempre disponibile e gentile, cucina generosa, gustosa, raffinata, servizio spa massaggi alto livello, addirittura serata musicale degna di grande concerto con l' esibizione degli " autoradio" ed il tutto ad un passo a piedi dal maneggio di mio interesse. Una bella e piacevole scoperta, è valso il viaggio da Roma.

Les propriétaires de cet établissement veulent le beurre et l'argent du beurre. Je m'explique, ayant réservé pour 40 personnes sur une semaine pleine (stage cycliste), une fois le prix minoré en échange de 280 nuitées assurées, nous avons été traités comme des sous clients... Repas 'cantine', les menus du jour ne nous étant pas proposés, à base essentiellement de pâtes (très bien pour le vélo, mais...).petits déjeuners mauvais, et interdiction, signalée de manière très grossière par la responsable de salle, de rejoindre les clients 'normaux' dans la salle attenante où se trouvaient de bien meilleures offres !!. Chambre propre mais sans confort, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur, très mal isolée phoniquement. Bar au tarif tropézien!! 6 euros le demi pression, et 5 euros pour un diabolo menthe 🤬 Seule bonne note que j'attribue à cet établissement: l'espace détente Spa, qui dénote dans ce médiocre environnement, offrant un moment agréable, teinté de 'luxe'... Vous vous doutez que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel à titre privatif !!
