Raffles Doha

This is a truly luxurious hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the first thing that catches your eye is the stunning glass 'starry sky' ceiling. The lobby is bathed in blue, and due to Ramadan, it was adorned with candles, stars, and moon decorations. The Moroccan girl at the front desk was very friendly and assigned us a corner room on the 28th floor. As soon as I stepped in, I was absolutely blown away – everything felt so dreamlike and magical! There's a huge balcony, and with the great weather, it was perfect for just sitting out and relaxing. Inside the room, there was a handwritten letter, along with complimentary nuts and fruit. Breakfast offered standard English or Arabic options. The pool was also beautiful and spacious. I'll definitely consider staying at your hotel again on my next trip to Doha.

I paid extra to upgrade to the Crescent Room, which I had been dreaming of, and it was absolutely stunning and breathtaking, with a huge balcony! 😊 The service was generally good. Aigerim, the lady housekeeper in my room, was very thoughtful and patient – thank you! However, the service level of the lobby concierge staff varied; there was a young man with braces who had an excellent attitude, but a middle-aged man with a slightly dark complexion was arrogant and neglectful. The two handsome young men and women who checked me in at the front desk were both from Morocco and very enthusiastic. We even chatted a bit longer since I had visited Morocco before. The hotel lobby is opulent, predominantly blue, and adorned with sparkling white giant crystal chandeliers. For a moment, I felt like I was in 'Frozen'! 😊

This is our second stay here, and it's simply the best hotel in Doha! The rooms are excellently designed with great attention to detail, and the shower is the smartest I've ever used! It offers fantastic value for money! Every staff member, from the doorman to the front desk and restaurant staff, is incredibly welcoming and always smiling. A special shout-out to the brother from Rwanda at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, gave us a great room, and personally showed us around while explaining everything. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha!
