Modern and cozy two-bedroom apartment enjoys a location in Lusaka, 7 miles from Lusaka Golf Club and 8 miles from Lusaka National Museum. Housed in a building dating back to 2024, this apartment offers free Wifi and free private parking. Munda Wanga Botanical Garden is 19 miles from the apartment. At the apartment complex, we have 4 apartments on site for short- and long-term stay, each apartment has 2 bedrooms master en-suite toilet and bathtub, have separate shower and toilet for the other bedroom, the units have air conditioning (seating area and master bedroom) a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, electrical 4 plate cooker, an oven, a microwave, and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. Bathrooms only provide basic small bathing soap and toilet paper - we do not provide shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, house slippers, toothbrush, comb or toothpaste. The bedrooms only have one bed in each room with one bedside table only. Kindly note that Zambia as a nation is experiencing load shedding (rationing of power for 8hrs every day) due to low water levels at the Kariba dam where we ran hydroelectrical power to supply to the country as a result of drought experienced in 2023. Our power backup will ONLY keep the lights on, have one socket at the living room to power the TV, charge phones or Gardets. Our power back up will NOT power appliances like fridge, microwave, electrical stove, kettle & air conditioner these will ONLY work when power from the main grid Zambia Electrical Supply Company ( ZESCO ) has restored power. Unfortunate they do not provide a schedule to know the timings of load shedding and when power will be restored. We have a small 1 gas cylinder cooker that can be used for cooking while been load shedded as we wait for power from the main grid to be re stored to use electrical stove. Lusaka South Country Club is 16 miles from the apartment, while Chilanga Golf Club is 18 miles away. Kenneth Kaunda International Airport is 4.3 miles from the property.
