Ten Twelve Lodge Limited

security was very good. Breakfast was included but two pieces of bread and black tea does not represent a good breakfast, towels in room were not clean

The room is big; the AC didn’t work; the fan made too much noise; the water pump was roaring through night so we could not sleep. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got many bites over faces, hands and legs. WiFi didn’t work inside the room. We had to sit outside to use it. Breakfast was the worst one(in the picture below) a plate with 2 fried eggs and 4 toasties for 2 people and that we had for each morning (4 days) there, also a jug of hot water and 2 tea bags. I don’t know how they can treat their customers like that. Overall, unpleasant stay at this place and for sure, we don’t want anyone to have bad experience on holiday.

There plugs are not accommodative also the ventilation was not good

The room was clean and safe. Staff were courteous and friendly. The only issue is that customers are not informed before hand that the lodge does not prepare meals. Otherwise the lodge is centrally situated and one can easily get to most places from there.
