The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

The room rates in the off-season are very attractive and the hot spring rooms are great value. The hotel is located in a very nice area! You can watch the stars on the viewing terrace in summer. March is the off-season and the trees are not so lush. The temperature is suitable. The shuttle bus is very convenient. The front desk lady and the driver are very caring! The experience is full, but the facilities are a bit old. The toilet seat is really freezing. Every time I sit down, it feels like I was beaten. Except for the ”Ice Toilet Seat Beating Incident”, all the feelings are very good! !
