The hot spring was incredibly relaxing; I felt so refreshed afterwards. Parking at the hotel was also very convenient, so if you're driving, you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it had a small balcony, which was a lovely and relaxing bonus.

Excellent service and friendly staff, provided excellent tips for activities to do and restaurants. Hotel allows you to use kitchen facilities to do cooking for families or larger groups. Big plus for families are the in-room hot tub facilities.

The lovely young lady was incredibly kind. She called us in advance on the day of our check-in to tell us our arrival time, turned on the air conditioning beforehand, and even sent us some travel recommendations. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.
