Lushan Xianting Theme Hotel

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. The hotel proactively contacts guests to arrange various matters, picks them up and drops them off at the station on time, helps with luggage, enthusiastically answers tourist inquiries, and provides detailed information on tour routes, etc. It feels very welcoming!

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean. Service: The hotel staff were very welcoming. They even helped us three women with our luggage. The hotel itself was clean and tidy! Lushan's environment is also beautiful! It was a very pleasant trip and a very satisfying stay! Thumbs up!

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel facilities were fantastic, and it was incredibly clean. There's a tea room on the ground floor, and even a butler service for transfers. The owner and staff were very warm and welcoming. We had a very satisfying stay.

Located in the heart of Guling Town, this hotel is conveniently situated for dining and transportation. While there are some steps leading up to the hotel, this is normal given the mountainous terrain, and there are staff and vehicles available for pick-up and drop-off and luggage assistance. The hotel upgraded my room on my first day and sent me several guides and facility information in advance; I felt the service was very attentive.

The toiletries, such as combs and toothbrushes, were not replenished. Breakfast was also mediocre; there was nothing to eat, and they didn't replenish it. It was unpalatable, and there was no drink either. They didn't have rice noodles, so they used instant noodles, which were even undercooked. Speechless.

The room, including the bathroom, is probably only 10 square meters. The bed is right next to the window. The underfloor heating is only on the side near the bed, and the air conditioning is barely working. It's very cold in the shower. It's advertised as a mountain view room, but all you can see outside the window are rooftops. In short, it's not worth the price.

The hotel's shuttle service was satisfactory. However, there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to make any calls. The room's soundproofing was poor; even past midnight, children in the next room were playing, jumping, and laughing loudly, disturbing our rest. We complained to the lobby, hoping they could talk to them, but no one was on duty, and calls and WeChat messages went unanswered. When we mentioned it again the next day, a lobby staff member (a middle-aged man with glasses, not very tall) said it was normal, just kids. This staff member had an extremely poor work attitude, was rude and dismissive, and was not suitable for lobby work.

The website Ctrip advertised it as a new hotel opened in the last two years, but upon checking in, all the facilities and style felt like they were from 10 years ago. It felt like a partial renovation of an old hotel, and I felt cheated. Also, while the location is good, you have to walk down two flights of stairs to get to the hotel; there are no ramps in between, and it's inaccessible by car. :(

First, this hotel is more like a guesthouse. Located below a park, it's very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs—there are three sections, which is extremely tiring and inconvenient. Second, this guesthouse has central air conditioning, but the cold water wasn't working. When I asked the owner at the front desk, they said the only option was hot air. On June 1st, with temperatures nearing 30 degrees Celsius, there was no choice. They arrogantly claimed it was a fixed setting and couldn't be changed. Even if I was worried about the heat, there was nothing I could do; only hot air was available. What hotel doesn't allow guests to choose between hot and cold air? Although they later messaged me saying the air conditioning was working in my room, why were they so arrogant when I asked? The security guard tried to sell me tickets for the San Die Quan mini-train, saying it would save me a few yuan. I really disliked this kind of sales pitch; were they trying to make extra money? When I returned to my room with my luggage, there were two extra rice dumplings (zongzi). The owner could have knocked on our door to deliver them after we returned, but entering our room without permission after we checked in was very inappropriate. My luggage wasn't even opened; if it had, who would be responsible for anything missing?
