We are a family of six who traveled to Lushan during Spring Festival 2026, and this trip gave us memories we will truly treasure. The hotel’s hospitality stood out the most.. warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the stations, which made traveling so much easier for our family. They offer a generous Chinese complimentary buffet breakfast, and it’s convenient that lunch and dinner are also available at the hotel. My husband and his family had a great time playing billiards, and there were other recreational activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was huge, clean, and very comfortable.. perfect after long days exploring Lushan’s beautiful scenery. We did experience a small water pressure issue, but the staff handled it professionally and proactively, even offering to change our room to ensure we had the best possible stay. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality. Truly grateful for this unforgettable family vacation. PS: All pictures were taken by me. Please do not reupload!

I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!
