Shuguang Boyue Hotel

Very good hotel, on the same level as Man Xin Mansion, but the price is more affordable and very good value for money. The most important thing is that the store manager is very nice, the service is very good, not only gives preferential treatment to the soldiers and the layout is also large, not like many businesses care about a little gain and loss, and the priority is the customer's feelings, very commendable. With such service and management, the hotel will definitely get better and better. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Kunming.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Guling Street in Lushan, offering a quiet environment and convenient parking. Because it wasn't a holiday, we were given a room upgrade, which was very spacious. The room was neat and clean, with all the amenities. More importantly, the staff were wonderful. The front desk staff enthusiastically helped us, a first-time visitor to Lushan, with tips and advice on how to plan our itinerary (including the best parking spots for three tour routes) and were very considerate of our pet, even coordinating cleaning times with the maid. The lobby manager not only gave us a nice discount at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor, but also, in the hot afternoon, arranged shuttle service to and from Meilu and the museum. A five-star rating is a must!

This hotel is very new and clean! The front desk upgraded our room for free! We were very satisfied and thankful! They even gave us a souvenir when we left! I plan to return to Lushan next year and will definitely choose this hotel again!

Facilities: New, fully equipped, and suitable for families. Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, and prompt cleaning. Environment: Nice surroundings, a 10-minute walk to the main street. The room was quiet at night, with blackout curtains. Service: Excellent. I needed a refund due to a room change, and the staff was proactive and friendly. Breakfast: Freshly cooked noodles and pasta are available, along with a wide variety of other options.

I always choose this hotel for my marathon run. It's a truly special and worthwhile choice. This time, I stayed in an executive suite, which was very clean and had a great view. I love the large terrace on the fourth floor. I go there every day to enjoy the fresh air. It's like a natural oxygen bar, with a beautiful view without having to go out. The entire hotel staff is wonderful! They're always responsive and attentive! See you next year!
