Cloud Hotel

Quiet and clean. Both rooms we booked had outdoor balconies with beautiful views every day. As it's a "mountain hotel," it's located up a hill, but the hotel offers shuttle service to the cable car station, which is excellent.

Facilities: Located 300 meters from the Lushan Conference Site, it boasts convenient transportation, with easy access to both the east and west sightseeing bus lines. Cleanliness: Very clean. Our room was prepared in advance when we arrived a little after 12:00. Environment: The environment is excellent, with its own courtyard. Parking should be available on weekdays. Soundproofing is slightly affected, but this is understandable given the large number of people and children during holidays. It's generally quiet around bedtime. Service: Five stars out of 100 for service! Upon arrival, the staff provided us with a detailed and easy-to-understand travel guide. We only had one day, and the advice made for a fantastic trip. They even arranged pick-up and drop-off after it rained in the evening, which was very thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lushan.

The hotel is newly opened, and the environment and decor are absolutely amazing! I had breakfast and dinner here, and it was fantastic! 👍👍 The customer service staff were incredibly kind! 👍👍🫶🏻🫶🏻 A little incident happened during my trip 🙄 I left my phone in my room, and the hotel staff immediately sent a driver to take it to the cable car, where the staff then delivered it to me via the cable car. 💕💕 I was so touched! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank you to the hotel and the cable car staff! 酒店位於廬山會議舊址附近，非常方便。周圍環境很幽靜，酒店有停車場，便於停車。工作人員都特別熱情，會給客人提供各種實用建議，每天有水果贈送，臨行前還送了廬山特產，非常nice！廬山風景秀麗，有機會還來這裏～當然還要住雲縵山啦

酒店很乾凈，床也很軟睡得很舒服睡的特別香 前台姐姐人很好，來的第一天特別貼心的給我們發了攻略，下了纜車也有酒店的車到纜車口來接。 住的特別舒服，酒店陽台也很漂亮很出片，水壓很大洗澡很舒服😘😘😘特別滿意的一次出行

酒店整體裝修很新，但無異味。房間通風很好，衞生乾淨。前台小哥哥人很好，給我們講解了第二天的乘車路線。酒店還提供免費的登山杖這點真的是特別棒了，免去我攜帶更多行李的負擔。我們是坐索道來回的，從索道到酒店還有不少路，酒店提供接送服務也很貼心。臨行前，酒店還送了伴手禮，總之，作為景區裏的酒店，這個價位還能有這麼高性價比的軟硬件，真的是物超所值！

酒店住宿環境還是挺不錯的，床挺舒服的，枕頭也是乳膠枕，總體住宿環境沒得説，性價比還是挺高的，，，，剩下的就是一點點小建議，歡迎水果，橘子有點硬，還不好吃，建議你們可以自己先嚐嘗好吃的水果在擺出來，酒店位置有點小遠，景交車到不了，打車好多也進不去，雖然衹有四百米，但是還是蠻累的，建議去的時候可以接一下（景交站到酒店這點距離），不過有兩次免費接或者送的服務還是挺不錯的，玩的時候結束了可以讓酒店把行李送到轉運中心這個很贊，早飯建議可以添加餛飩和水餃，然後那個小包子不要蒸太長時間，感覺不好吃還特別硬，飲品建議也可以添加個果汁

入住體驗超棒！位置便利，房間整潔舒適，床品親膚。前台服務熱情，因為是第一次去廬山玩自駕到的很晚，在路上前台小哥就很貼心的打電話告知如何上山並預留好停車位，性價比拉滿，下次出行還會優先選這家！

房間很乾凈，晚上睡的安穩也很安靜，早餐的細湯粉特別好吃，很推薦，景區很大，酒店還有免費叫車接送中轉站的服務，很貼心，走的時候老闆送了份伴手禮，味道也很好，從房間內往外可以看到秀麗的山景，廬山風景看的心曠神怡，下次還想來，偶爾慢悠悠的生活真挺不錯！
