姐姐家一大三小，自家，兩大一小，共七人親子出行，多方比較下，選擇了茶庵，果真不負期望。首先感恩店家送的當地茶餅。智能化房間，自動打開關閉窗簾。温馨整潔，沒想到房間裏店家還細心地配備了小冰箱。無論打車來還是自駕都有停車場地，清晨打開窗户，遠處的五老峯直映眼簾，站在四樓可以等待朝霞和日出。樓下庭院晾曬方便，種着五彩的花卉，喝茶盪鞦韆，孩子們很歡喜。距離東門三疊泉坐觀光車很是方便，周邊用餐也根據個人口味按需選擇，炒菜，粉面米飯，燒烤等多種。

奔着差評訂的房，果然令人非常滿意！民宿中的精品！ 衞生：乾淨明亮 環境：優雅寧靜，流水人家，旁邊的悠閑區域涼風習習，很舒服！裝修細節也很注重，在角落都佈置了休息區域，還有免費的健身房 設施：智能投影屏幕，九牧牌子的智能馬桶、洗手盆，整個設施看起來非常高檔， 在廬山東門附近，爬三疊泉非常方便

衞生：房間非常乾淨整潔，也沒有異味。 設施：頂樓陽台可以休閑看風景，推薦入住頂樓的房間。 環境：有獨立的院子，停車非常方便。 服務：工作人員和老闆非常熱情，入住就送特產零食。我忘了東西在民宿還免費給我寄回來，老闆人太好了。 另外，民宿離景區擺渡車坐車的地方非常近，步行七八分鐘，位置非常好！

距離廬山東門三疊泉景區很近，周邊有很多吃的，也有超市，民宿所處街道非常安靜，民宿後面就是小溪，遠眺大山，景色很美，樓頂還有觀景台，設施也是全智能，方便衞生，服務也很周到👌推薦（¯▽¯）👍

這次來廬山爬三疊泉，特意選了這家民宿，體驗感直接超出預期！老闆一家人都特別實在熱情，入住前就細心給我們規劃爬山路線，還貼心告知周邊吃飯、停車的位置，特別省心。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒適，空調製冷效果都很好。民宿位置絕佳，距離三疊泉入口很近，來迴路程省時省力，周邊環境安靜清幽，完全不會吵鬧。公共區域打理得整潔雅緻，細節處都很用心，衞生做得一絲不苟。下次再來廬山，一定還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給準備爬三疊泉的朋友們！

我最不喜歡評價，因為浪費時間，但這家民宿我是一定一定要把我真實的感受説一下的：1.服務態度非常好，我帶着老媽和孩子從廬山西門索道上山，在山上住一晚，第二天從含鄱口→五老峯（衹去了一峯）→三疊泉一路下山，從廬山東門出來，我媽累得走不動了，距離比較近，打車司機都不接單，我給民宿打電話，他們沒有接送服務，我跟他們説明瞭情況，剛巧老闆那會在店裡，他親自開車去廬山東門接我們去的住處，特別感動。 2.我對氣味比較敏感，對衞生要求也比較高，一般我們出去都是住亞朵、全季或桔子這種連鎖酒店，沒想到這家茶庵名宿衞生還是非常好的，我定的房間有一點點味道（可能是我們去的前幾天剛有颱風下雨導致的），老闆立馬給我們換了一個房間，完全沒有味道了。 3.使用的洗手液跟我們在家裡用的是同一個品牌：藍月亮，洗髮露、沐浴露我雖然從來都不用酒店裡的，但我擠了一點洗襪子了，味道也很好聞。 4.着重説一下前台可愛的小姑娘：我用濕巾比較費，她給我拿了一包維達濕巾（跟我平時用的也是同一個牌子），還有花露水居然是母嬰級的，感覺跟在自己家裡一樣，特別暖心❤️ 5.如果不是還要轉站去景德鎮，

專門為爬三疊泉訂的民宿，地理位置很好，離東門很近，房間很乾凈，還是全屋智能。前台服務也很好，有需求都會及時迴應，樓頂有個風景很好的露台，景色很不錯，可以直接看見五老峯。整體體驗滿分，下次來廬山還住這家。

民宿在一個小鎮上，停車場很大，停車方便。離廬山東門接駁車/接駁點步行十分鐘就到（離東門景區入口步行也很近）很方便。家庭雙房，房間很大很乾凈（有超大玻璃窗），民宿頂層還有露天陽台，配套齊全，吹吹風聊聊天是極好的，清晰可見廬山五老峯，邊上就是純天然的小河（小河應該是直通鄱陽湖），帶孩子的話，隨時可以下河摸魚玩耍。老闆及其家人都很熱情大方，有問題都及時幫忙處理。
