The service is top notch and room very comfortable. Outside temperature was 30-40 f but it was very warm inside the room even without the floor heating turned on. Bedding is thick and comfortable, room is very quiet even though it faces the street with traffic, but you cannot hear anything. It’s great! I was sad to leave.

Very good. My family like it. Spacious room and good details in the bath room. With cute tooth brush and nice slippers. Free transport to pickup from rope way station. Very cool and like it. A nice stay in Lushan. 🥰

The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird "singing" in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

The weather was fantastic on my first visit to Lushan! We got off the sightseeing bus near Xiaotianchi (Little Heavenly Lake), and the surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning! I stumbled upon this hotel, which looked like a castle, and it was indeed very nice. The lobby was completely renovated, and the receptionists were incredibly welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very generous. Overall, a very pleasant trip!
