First, the room was unclean. At 420 yuan, it's not cheap for a place in the mountains. The steps to the door were like climbing a mountain, making it very inconvenient with luggage. The most outrageous thing was that they didn't say anything when we left something behind, just giving us whatever they remembered. We had to go back for our things twice. The first time we went, next to the auntie lying on the sofa was a half-eaten spicy fried dough twist I bought yesterday, with the same tear as mine. It was ridiculous 😓. Was it theft or just taking things and not returning them? I don't know. The front desk said the auntie had just resigned, but that's not a valid reason.

It's not worth the price at all. The hygiene was terrible. The only downside was the convenient location. It said it had underfloor heating, but the heating was actually broken and they didn't tell me beforehand. They also didn't offer a discount. I'm speechless. I hope Ctrip will be stricter with its review process in the future!

I don't quite understand this hotel's pricing rules. My friend and I booked a cheaper room, so I figured I could book one that was a couple hundred yuan more expensive. But a little while later, when we checked in, another cheaper room appeared, and it was on the same day, just an hour or two apart. Who are they trying to rip off?
