It was a pleasant stay and a good location within luton good for solo travellers and a decent breakfast menu

It’s very convenient location near town centre and train station..very accessible to luton airport.. Clean and friendly staffs. Buffet breakfast was good and reasonable price .

Bed bugs. I have multiple bed bug bites on my right leg, right arm and lower back. My pharmacist said they are consistent with the line of bites (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that bed bugs tend to make. It’s a shame as the hotel was good value for money and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the level of service offered when I reported the bed bug bites was appalling.

The hotel was affordable for a family room in Luton’s city centre with a spot for coffee, hot chocolate, water and more by the sides whilst you waited to check in.The rooms were also lovely and spacious but needed pest control as there were multiple insects.

Awful hotel. Full of asylum/refugee/homeless types. The first room given was nothing like the photo and description of the room i booked. Box room was tiny and looked like someone had used the bed. The lady kindly did her best and gave me a decent room which was a decent size and comfortable bed. Shower drain was totally blocked and water almost entered room. Carpets were horrendously filthy throughout. Booked this hotel for the included buffet. It was dire. Tiny selection of foods. Cheap beans, cheap tinned tomatoes, frozen fruit salad (still frozen). All really poor quality stuffs. Even tea selection tastes bad. My school dinners were of better quality. Nothing like any buffet breakfast I have ever tasted. It was garbage. There were cockroaches coming out from under the free tea coffee unit and were happily walking about next to my feet. Also Luton is a real dump. The area is full of ******* and unemployable and gypsies. I got high walking around the area as the **** smell is potent. Only redeeming features are close to transport (to get out of here), a the staff are really nice. Security man on the night/day I was here was extremely helpful and kind.

Was quite tricky to find and once there we found the room very hot and the air con not working also the one pillow each was not sufficient. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is cheap and cheerful, very basic, a confy bed, clean bedding, clean room, breakfast is edible, and a decent choice to be fair, staff are really lovely.. However, the walls are as thin as cardboard. The first room I was in, I could hear the people as clear as day talking about relatives, as if they were in my room! ... The management then moved me (with no argument whatsoever) to another upgraded room.. And in that room all I could hear from the next room was VERY loud snoring and farting. It was a cheap one night sleep.. made a bit expensive with the £15 overnight parking

Amazing stay

Great location in the city centre, easy access to the train station and bus interchange. Great full english breakfast, also enjoyed free coffee in the lobby. Room itself was okay, did the jon. Overall good value, carry on.

I had a  good stay and was much better than expectations. The room was comfortable, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Importantly the internet worked really well and was fast. Staff were friendly and generally very helpful. The breakfast is decent for the price included. The negatives is that the room is too small and the takeaway breakfast is poor - the actual breakfast hours could be longer. Free tea and coffee at the machine is useful.

This hotel was great for the airport - just a short ride away and breakfast was good. Issue on checkin late as the reception staff said I couldn’t have a key card as there weren’t any. He suggested a man let me in and out of the hotel room. When I complained at how uncomfortable that made me he found a key card. So please be aware solo women - this is not okay and you must always have a card. This behaviour led me to see the hotel as potentially dodgy and unsafe. My experience of it the next day wasn’t that. I also found the room super cold like a fridge which was horrific to walk into after time in a hot country - the windows wide open. So my checkin wasn’t great at all.

It was really cold inside bedroom,bathroom door handles and lock was broken Need of maintenance

I received top-notch customer service and I really like their buffet breakfast

Ideally located for Luton airport. Spacious rooms Breakfast was ok , the coffee machine is at the reception so if you fancy a drink in the night you have to get down to reception
