Overall, a superb stay. The breakfast offered a great variety. Unfortunately, the pool was a bit green.

The property is a bit dated and very far from the city center; great view for sunrise. Breakfast was good, but service was rather lacking: we had to ask for towels multiple times and repeatedly request pancakes and eggs during breakfast service.

The room was spacious and clean, but too noisy. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The restaurant was low quality and overpriced. I had a massage at the spa, which was very disappointing and expensive compared to other establishments.

Everything was really nice but some things around the hotel are outdated and sometimes dirty. Food is very good and staff is very very nice and helpful!

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing. Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk. If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.
