Melia Luxembourg

The Meliá Luxembourg has a great location just outside the city centre, with the T1 tram stop nearby, making it easy to reach the centre within a few minutes. Dennis at check-in was fabulous. She initially offered us an upgrade including breakfast, which we declined, but she continued looking for another option and arranged a room with a panoramic view instead. We also appreciated the convenient parking directly in front of the hotel. She explained the lounge facilities clearly, followed up on our room-temperature request, and handled our room number very discreetly by only mentioning the floor rather than saying the full number aloud. This was a small but very professional detail. The lounge was excellent for working and relaxing, although a few more power outlets would make it even better. The breakfast area was fine, but nothing particularly special. The Nespresso coffee in the hotel was a very welcome touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable working areas.

A mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.
