Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg

Getting here from the airport is easy by bus, and from the city center, you can take a tram or bus. We arrived at night and surprisingly, I couldn't find the lobby right away – it's actually combined with the most prominent restaurant. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, with air conditioning. Several Novotel hotels I've stayed at in Europe seem to use Rituals bath products. Although there's no free bottled water, there's a water dispenser on each floor by the elevators, which even offers sparkling water. The sparkling water was incredibly bubbly and ice-cold, which was really refreshing. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a standard European spread. The dairy products were decent, but the bread was just okay, and the air conditioning was set too cold.

The location is great, with a bus stop right outside. There's both outdoor and indoor parking available. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide excellent service, happily answering all questions!

The hotel's location is great, with the T1 tram line nearby, making it convenient for both the airport and the Old Town. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Cesar at the front desk. I arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, and although check-in is officially at 3 PM, he not only allowed me to check in early but also upgraded me to an executive floor. He also informed me that everything in the mini-bar was complimentary and patiently explained that public transport in Luxembourg is free and Wi-Fi is available everywhere, which left me with a wonderful impression of Luxembourg.

This hotel is located between Luxembourg Central Station and Luxembourg Airport. A tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the city center. The room is equipped with a safe, a closet, a kettle, instant coffee, and tea. There are also water dispensers on each floor where you can refill your water bottle. We arrived a bit early, but they kindly allowed us to check in since a room was available. Thank you!

I really like this hotel. It feels quite new overall, and the service and environment are great. I recommend it. The breakfast is decent for Chinese people too.

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest tram stop, but it's acceptable. The staff are friendly and approachable. Having water stations on each floor was a lifesaver. The breakfast has a great variety and is delicious. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but overall, it's a good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located with a free tram service right outside that goes to the city center. Plus, there's plenty of easy parking available.
