Hotel Grey

I think it's OK something.. But so far for the city And enter shower room have not There were no toiletries in the bathroom, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Due to transit at Abu Dhabi, out of safety concerned of the unstable war situation, my flight is canceled and I did not travel. Can only comment on experience with hotel and trip.com on the refund situation. As the booking is non refundable thus they strictly follow and refused to refund. I communicated via trip.com. when I asked for confirmation email that the booking is no show, trip.com said i must write in to the hotel per thier advise. I did as told but hotel has not responded till now. As need to give rating then can write comments thus my ratings does not reflect my situation at all.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions, and the view from the room was lovely. The property was also clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. However, after 7 PM there were no staff available on-site, and the self-check-in process was a bit inconvenient, especially for first-time guests. Despite this, the cleanliness, location, and nice view made for an overall pleasant experience.

Very near to central station. There are lots of restaurants near the location. Convenient store are nearby as well.

Nice clean quite and good location, ideal for catching train early in the morning or go to airport

Confortable and convenient, close to the train station

big room, good location located across the train station

This hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

The Room was clean. The Location top. The Food was amazing and also the services
