Pavillon Winter Luxor

Excellent location with plenty of amenities nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and very clean. Service is prompt and the overall atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. There are flamingos and peacocks to see in the garden, and the swimming pool is also quite large.

Great value for money, and the garden view is beautiful. It's within walking distance to Luxor Temple, the souk, and other attractions. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, and hot omelets are available around 7 AM. If you book for three people, an extra bed will be provided. The duvet cover over the blanket felt a bit unusual, but overall, it's a pretty good stay.

Although the facilities are a bit old, the location is really good, like a secluded paradise. The service is decent, and breakfast in the garden is quite simple.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a five-minute walk to Luxor Temple, and the Luxor Souk and McDonald's are also very close by. Plus, it's only a stone's throw from where you can catch a felucca. The atmosphere is great, and the breakfast is generous. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is beautiful, and it only takes about 7 minutes to walk to Luxor Temple from the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, there was no meat. The swimming pool also closed at sunset, which was a bit early. They provided an extra bed for our child free of charge, and we gave a small tip. We didn't bring our travel adapter, and the front desk was very friendly and lent us one.

This is a legendary hotel with a century of history! After visiting its historic corridors, you'll be amazed by its exquisite elegance and the classical beauty it exudes everywhere. Even though we stayed in the winter hotel in the side wing, sharing the beautiful views and the century-old service, this is truly the most worthwhile hotel to stay at in Luxor!

This hotel boasts the best location in Luxor, right next to Luxor Temple and sharing garden facilities with the Winter Palace. While a bit dated, the imperial grandeur of the restaurant was a delightful surprise, as was the breakfast.

The hotel photos on Trip.com really don't do it justice; the garden is absolutely beautiful, and the pool is great too. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM and can even be packed to go, so you don't have to worry about missing out on breakfast if you're heading out for a hot air balloon ride.

Stayed two nights at this hotel, sharing the garden and pool with the Sofitel Winter Palace, which was built in 1886. Absolutely amazing value for money, at just one-third the price of the Winter Palace. This morning, I was out walking in the garden around 6 AM, and it was just me and the busy gardeners – not a single tourist. I truly had the gardens all to myself. The hotel is located right across from the most beautiful stretch of the Nile River, and just beyond the river is the hot air balloon base near the Valley of the Kings. I was really looking forward to seeing dozens of hot air balloons ascend, but apparently, all flights were canceled today because Trump's children are in town. The street in front of the hotel has also been closed off since yesterday.
