I stayed at the Venus hotel in April 2024, the place is amazing! Very clean and well kept, the lobby/lounge is very comfortable and brand new, Hassan (the owner) and everyone who works here are really nice and make you feel welcome right away! Jimmy helped us talk to people and get good deals at the shops nearby! Besides the free coffee and tea the ac works great and I wish I could stay longer, I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s also very close to the Luxor temple and there’s great food right down the street! Tell Hassan I said hi if you go!

We have really enjoyed our stay at Venus. The owner, Hassan, and all his staff are welcoming and helpful. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean and the clean bed linen and towels always smell fresh. Breakfast is a good variety: fruit, bread, cheese, jam, eggs, yoghurt, tea or coffee. Our room was bright and light with a small balcony. There is a nice roof terrace where you can sit in sun or shade, with tables, chairs and sunloungers. The location is very convenient. The station and the public ferry to the West bank are both walkable from here. Luxor Temple is close by. It is beside the market. We definitely recommend Venus.

We stayed in Luxor Venus Hotel for one night and the whole experience was great. The owner Hassan was super nice, made us feel at home right from the start. We had a welcome drink, and complementary waters. The place has a very good and familiar vibe, with guests from all around the world. We had dinner there for a very Nice price as well. Location is super central, at walking distance from Karnak and Luxor temples, as well as from local bazars and shops. The room is according with what is expected, with bathroom, tv and AC. In the end the owner Hassan arranged us a taxi to go to the airport. Definetly an excellent choice to stay in Luxor and a great value for money.

The perfect location to experience true Luxor. Directly in the Center and you can reach everything from there and also good restaurants in the night. The owner is super kind and helpful- there are 2 cute dogs that are very kind and also demand some cuddles at some point. Rooms are clean, facilities as well. Perfect to stay in Luxor on a budget. I was here with my girlfriend for one night and we don’t regret booking Venus. Plus points is the roof top terrace from which you can look at the busy life in Luxor.

Very good service, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful when visiting around and organizing trips to the temple and monuments. Breakfast included which is a plus. Anything you need, they will be happy to help you.

I had a very good stay here. Owner and staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Walking distance to the Luxor temple, and also not far from Luxor Museum and Karnak Temple. Highly recommended!

We went to the Venus hotel to discover Louxor our own way, outside the stereotyped tourism. The staff advised us on how to find our way and how to feel confortable in this busy and over-touristic city. His recommendations, and the few arabic words he teaches us made a big difference and helped make our overall experience very positive. We enjoyed the Egyptian food served at the hostel’s restaurant. We also had filling breakfast, with fresh juice and minute made omelette by the attentive chef. The place is very busy during the late day and quiet at night and in the morning hours. The room had a balcony from where we watched the amazing activity in the street and the souk (local market). Going thru the “Bazar” next door, it took us 10 min to reach the Nile. We are travelling with our dog and were happy to find people who are real dog’s lovers. We’ll go there again !

I want to start off with the staff. Everyone here are amazing, friendly and welcomes you with their arms out. Hassan, the manager/owner showed me great hospitality during my stay by making sure I was good and if i needed anything during my stay. He gave great recommendations on places to sight see and eat. The location is superb since it is near many restaurants and shops. You can find a ***** of stores about 20 feet away from the Hotel. It is walking distance to Luxor and the nile. The hostel/hotel is how it’s described. It has everything you need during your stay and if it doesn’t have what you need, Hassan will make sure you get it. I seen the workers clean the hotel everyday to make sure it is kept clean and tidy. I would recommend to stay here if you’re in Luxor!
