"The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want."

I definitely left with a happier stomach than when I arrived. The personal service is truly exceptional: every member of staff goes above and beyond with genuine thoughtfulness. The concierge and valet team in particular made everything effortless, anticipating needs before I even realized them myself, and always with a smile. And the views? Honestly, unfairly beautiful. Between the shimmering ocean, the lush greenery, and the perfectly designed pool areas, it’s the kind of setting that makes you forget about emails, alarms, and, well, reality in general. In short: stunning surroundings, top-notch food, and service that makes you feel both special and completely relaxed. I came away feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning my “accidental” return. "My second visit to Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay was just as delightful and fulfilling as the first. This time, we opted for a Deluxe Full Ocean View Twin Room on the 10th floor of Building 1. While the view, in my opinion, wasn't quite as spectacular as the Premier Ocean View Twin Room on the 15th floor of Building 2 from our previous stay, it was still absolutely stunning. The breathtaking vista of mountains and sea that unfolded as I opened the door was just as captivating. The room's hardware and amenities maintained a high standard. The furniture felt premium, the ceilings were wonderfully high, and the walk-in closet was thoughtfully designed with two convenient luggage platforms. Complimentary Voss water and a Dyson hairdryer further underscored the hotel's commitment to quality at every turn. The hotel's service was equally outstanding. Our butler proactively connected via WeChat beforehand, sending over various helpful guides and information about the hotel. Check-in was swift, and our butler personally welcomed us, offering a thorough and responsible explanation of everything. Their attentive and friendly service continued throughout our stay; they were incredibly accommodating, responsive to all our needs, and even surprised us with complimentary fruits, desserts, and *Qīngbǔliáng* (a local refreshing dessert). This exceptional service truly made our family's time at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay delightful. A huge thank you! The hotel's public areas are undoubtedly its biggest draw. The museum-like artistic ambiance is fully immersive, with exquisite artworks seemingly at every turn – there were so many photo opportunities! The 130-meter infinity pool is breathtakingly beautiful, and the surrounding trees are perfectly positioned to provide ideal shade. The landscape design is truly exceptional and meticulously thought out. On the second-floor viewing platform, guests can enjoy a complimentary happy hour at 5 PM, and the quality of the drinks offered was surprisingly high. With seven guest room buildings, it's easy to get a little disoriented at first, but after a couple of walks, you quickly get your bearings. The beach boasts fine white sand and is suitable for swimming, though it can get quite crowded, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Breakfast is served on the first floor. While the selection isn't vast, every dish was delicious and meticulously prepared, with many freshly cooked items. The bread, in particular, was excellent – incredibly soft and flavorful. Highly recommended! Once again this year, we spent one of the happiest days of our holiday at the Park Hyatt. The 'glass-like' ocean, with its crystal-clear waters, is truly unforgettable. It absolutely lives up to its reputation as a top-tier destination – you really have to experience it to understand its magic. We will definitely be back next year!"

The room itself was quite spacious and well-designed, with distinct and practical zones. We had all our dinners at the Run Garden Chinese Restaurant. Their salt and pepper prawns and Hainanese Wenchang chicken were absolutely delicious. The travel photoshoot we had was also fantastic! Although it was a bit sunny during the shoot, the overall experience was very enjoyable, and the photos turned out wonderfully. Nina, our butler, was incredibly attentive and meticulous, always going the extra mile to meet guests' needs.
