The view from the window was expansive, and inside, there was a warm, festive atmosphere. Traveling with my mother, my biggest fear is a noisy environment, but here, it was just right. **New Year's Eve Dinner · French Feast 🥂** It was our first time trying a French dinner at a hotel for New Year's Eve. I was worried my mother wouldn't take to it, but she absolutely loved it. The pre-dinner bread arrived piping hot, and my mother remarked how delicious and fragrant it was. The steak for the main course was cooked to perfection; even my usually picky mother nodded in approval. The salad was exquisitely plated, and the accompanying dishes were fresh and tasty. Seeing us take photos, she proactively offered to take a family picture for us. Knowing there were elderly and children in our group, she specifically reminded the kitchen to prepare the dishes softer. Her sincere and natural smile made that New Year's Eve dinner exceptionally heartwarming. Also, thanks to our concierges, **Tina** and **Nicole**. Before our check-in, they proactively inquired about any special requests, arranged pillows that both the elderly and children would like, and prepared children's toiletries. Every time we passed them, they would stop to greet us and chat about our plans. I particularly want to mention that Nicole even took the time to give us a tour of the hotel, meticulously explaining and showing us many hidden art pieces and design details – from the lobby's art installation to the paintings in the hallways, every corner showed thoughtful intention. What started as just a stay felt like visiting a small art exhibition, deepening our appreciation for the hotel. **Conclusion 📝** Zhenpo Hotel Guiyang is not a cold, impersonal five-star hotel, but rather a 'home away from home' with a human touch. Zhenpo Hotel Guiyang is definitely worth revisiting."

"The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hardware and decor are also good, and the room even had a sewing kit, which is a nice detail not found in other hotels. However, there's still a gap in service compared to some well-established five-star hotels. The front desk in the lobby was good, and my check-in experience was fine. But the breakfast restaurant was a different story. Other places might be crowded too, but they're not this chaotic. If it's too busy, they could limit access. I searched everywhere for a seat and finally asked a staff member if she could help me find one. She gave me an impatient, cold look, tersely said, 'Everyone's busy right now,' and just walked away. I then found a male staff member who at least offered a solution, suggesting I ask if the empty seats were available. Honestly, your restaurant has five-star hardware but three-star service quality. They really need some training. On a positive note, the breakfast restaurant had glutinous rice balls, which were quite unique. But you had to queue for them. I'd suggest considering preparing them in advance in the future."

"Great location and an impressive lobby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is excellent – I especially loved the big bathtub. They proactively provided toiletries for kids. When we unexpectedly added another person to our trip, they upgraded us to a twin room for free and even included an extra breakfast. That was fantastic! The 'Pet Garden Restaurant' is amazing, with deer, goats, Peppa Pig (I assume they mean a pig-like animal or a character display), squirrels, peacocks, and even chickens, ducks, and fish that you can feed freely. The kids had a blast! I saw the constant-temperature swimming pool but didn't get a chance to try it."

"The room was spacious and bright with an excellent view, overlooking Dongshan Temple to the east and Jiaxiu Tower to the south. An extra bed cost 350 RMB and included breakfast. Room service was excellent; they provided an abundance of bottled water daily, more than we could possibly drink. The executive lounge's afternoon tea selection was a bit sparse, and wine wasn't available during happy hour. However, the lounge itself was usually quiet with few diners. Unlike a resort hotel with abundant dining choices, the main dining areas elsewhere in the hotel were still absolutely packed. Breakfast leaned heavily towards Guizhou cuisine, and many dishes were unfamiliar or not to my liking. Items like crispy pork cracklings and pork intestines were common, and approximately 80% of the Chinese hot dishes were spicy. The steamed bun selection was consistently unvaried, offering just pork buns and custard buns, and their taste was mediocre. After eating for five consecutive days, by the last two days, the food had become completely unappetizing, and I was quite tired of it. Despite the breakfast issues, I extended my stay for another three nights, primarily because of the excellent room and service."

"This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to Jiaxiu Tower, and surrounded by amazing food spots. Must-try restaurants like Guichu, You Boma's Old Guiyang Beef Noodles, and Qiaobajiao are all very close by. From the 55th-floor lobby, you get panoramic views of Guiyang. If you want to avoid crowded spots, you can still enjoy the beautiful night view of Jiaxiu Tower right from the hotel lobby. It's perfect for those who are short on time but don't want to miss out on Guiyang's stunning scenery and delicious food. Even during Chinese New Year, the room rates didn't increase much. They provide Lanvin toiletries, eight bottles of water, and a complimentary mini-bar, making it excellent value for money. Stellar and Monica provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service; they arranged a non-smoking room for us and even gave a small gift to our child. We'll definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Guiyang in the future."

"From check-in onwards, there was only one receptionist in the entire lobby. After check-in, no one guided us to our room or offered directions. After wandering around the entire hot spring center several times, we couldn't find any staff. We had to call the front desk and finally found them after much searching. We decided to go for dinner first, looking forward to soaking in the hot spring that evening. There was still only one receptionist in the lobby. Following the arrows to the second floor, we were terrified to find it completely dark when we stepped out of the elevator. We asked the front desk again, and they said the first floor was a restaurant. The entire first floor was empty, and the air inside was stuffy and suffocating. We decided to leave the hotel to eat. We figured as long as the hot spring was decent, it would be fine. However, after dinner, we went to soak in the hot spring. Many pools were closed, and the few that were open felt dirty. We walked through the entire hot spring center before finding a few open pools in a cluster. We soaked for a while and then went back to our room. Our child was looking forward to swimming the next day, but when we went to the outdoor pool, there was no water, and we couldn't find any staff. In short, it was a very unpleasant experience."

"I like this hotel very much. The room is in line with my expectations, clean and refreshing, the layout is very reasonable and I like it very much. The guest relations lady is very considerate! I felt cared for and at home. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel. The location is really excellent. Friends, don't miss it!"

"Excellent hotel and beautiful lobby. I was here for 4 days and enjoyed the long swimming pool everyday (almost 25 m long). Location is great, close to People Square and a couple of minutes to an alley of restaurants and various eateries in the other direction. Breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing I did not like was the type of music that was played in the breakfast area, it would be more suited to a late afternoon Happy Hour or to a night lounge… something a bit more relaxing would be wished for. Other than that, I loved this hotel. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended."
