"We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back."

"Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality."

"Overall, the service was quite good. There was a minor issue with the water temperature dropping, but the hotel's recovery measures were effective. They promptly upgraded our room and the service generally kept up, so I'd give it a good rating. The hotel looks stunning at night when it's lit up, and there are many diners, so parking spots are usually full. It's super close to Wuyi Square, and a stroll in the evening felt really nice. Hotel guests also get free access to the adjacent Chunyang Palace, which is a nice bonus. Though not large, it's quite distinctive and worth a 30-minute visit."

The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in."

The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! "The room was spotless and very tidy. It was snowing the day I arrived in Taiyuan, and the view from the room was beautiful. The facilities are brand new, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you want to take a stroll, Zhonglou Street is within walking distance and has a night market. You don't need to bring many toiletries as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are all provided. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend!"

It is very close to the South Station, the airport and the subway entrance, and it is convenient to travel. The room is spacious and soundproof. There are many varieties of minibars. Although I enjoyed Bama mineral water, I felt the sincerity of the hotel. Featured care products are five-star level. The breakfast was rich. When I went at 9 o'clock, there were many varieties. My husband drank the love soup in his dream: sheep soup, soft mutton in the soup, and fans. Remember to add more white pepper, a little pepper, with fried dough sticks and twists. It is really delicious. The red velvet cake is also delicious, not sweet and a bit salty, recommended! The front desk was very good at communicating, helping to solve the room type adjustment and postpone the check-out until 2 pm. The only downside is dry and hot. Two people drank 8 bottles of Nongfu Spring, and their throat was still dry. It is recommended to add a humidifier."
