"This time, when I visited Yangzhou, I didn't hesitate to choose the old-established state guesthouse – Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel. It turned out to be absolutely the right decision! Not only is the environment as beautiful as a garden, but the service also made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. I particularly want to praise the details during check-in. A young man at the front desk assisted me; his attitude was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. He smiled throughout, patiently informed me of all the details like breakfast times, pool location, and shuttle service within the grounds. Because of my personal preference, I specifically requested a non-smoking room and not the last room down the corridor. Without a word, he immediately checked the system and quickly helped me switch to a room that perfectly met my requirements. I'm truly grateful for his flexible handling! After completing the formalities, he even proactively stepped out from behind the counter to guide me to the elevator, pointing out the direction. This kind of proactive service awareness made me feel so warm inside. Check-out was equally delightful, where I met two staff members, Mei Jie and Shi Jia. They processed everything quickly, with friendly smiles, and even presented me with Yangzhou-特色 souvenirs, allowing me to take a piece of Yangzhou's warmth home. A small gift, but immense warmth. From the moment I entered until I left, every aspect of this stay at Yingbin Hotel showcased their professionalism and warmth. The facilities have a rich history, but the service is even more touching. Next time I come to Yangzhou, this will still be my top choice! I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I had bookmarked this hotel long ago when planning my trip to Yangzhou, and this time I finally got to experience it. The hotel has an excellent location, right at the entrance of Dongguan Street, and is only a 20-minute drive from Yangzhou East Station, making it convenient for catching trains. They upgraded my room, and the internal facilities were also great. The lobby offers free drinking water for public use, and the room had electric curtains with excellent natural light. Outside, it faces the main street and Dongguan Ancient Ferry, which gets very lively in the evening. Between 7 and 8 PM, it's packed with people, and there are even elderly folks singing and internet celebrities live-streaming their performances. The windows aren't soundproof, so it's quite noisy, but after 10 PM, it becomes completely quiet outside. The room's soundproofing is also very good, so sleeping at night was very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, meeting expectations with a wide variety of options. I'd suggest adding even more choices to make it even better; there's still room for improvement in breakfast. Finally, I have to praise the hotel's biggest highlight: the service attitude is truly unparalleled! The moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, before I even said anything, several security guards rushed over to greet us warmly and helped carry all our luggage. Every staff member we encountered proactively said hello. Before we checked out, the lobby manager even spontaneously offered us a souvenir, without even asking for a good review. The security guards helped us hail a taxi, and when the car arrived, the manager, along with four or five employees, swarmed out to help load all our luggage into the car and bid us farewell. We truly received VIP treatment. I've been traveling for decades and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this is the best service I've ever encountered. The value for money is outstanding. "We visited Yangzhou during the off-peak National Day holiday and chose the Shangri-La Hotel Yangzhou, which was an excellent experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lake view room offers a superb vista! Housekeeping service was on point. We tried classic Huaiyang cuisine at the Michelin-starred Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant, and as hotel guests, we received a discount. The dishes were top-notch, and the dining service was also fantastic. I also really liked the hotel's swimming pool and gym. Everything was satisfactory, except for the slightly outdated shower room and changing room facilities. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and the specialty Huangqiao Sesame Cakes, both sweet and savory, were amazing. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangzhou and will recommend it to family and friends."

"Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel's Canal Sanwan Hotel is a Chinese garden-style hotel, with its balconies and wall designs showcasing Chinese light aesthetics. The stay experience was great! Photographer Ling Yi was highly skilled, familiar with the hotel's best photo spots, and had a good eye for aesthetics. I really loved the photos. If you're looking for a place to stay and take photos in Yangzhou, this is a good choice. Most importantly, it's very close to the museum. A tip for everyone: make sure to book at least two visits before coming. I only booked once, and it wasn't nearly enough time to see everything. This museum, in my opinion, is among the top tier of specialized museums in China. The hotel's cuisine, however, still has room for improvement."

"The biggest pleasant surprise of my trip to Yangzhou was this one-night stay. It's a peaceful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with every brick and tile in the courtyard showing thoughtful design. Strolling around felt like an immersive experience in a Jiangnan garden. The guest rooms steer clear of generic decor, with meticulous attention to detail, making the living experience far exceed expectations. Xiao Zhao (Zhao, the staff member) was genuinely attentive and thoughtful, proactively helping with many small things we hadn't even considered. This kind of heartfelt service is much more touching than mere pleasantries. This isn't just a place to crash for a night while sightseeing; it's somewhere you can slow down and truly enjoy your journey. I've saved it for future reference and will definitely return on my next visit to Yangzhou."

"The lobby manager was very attentive and able to answer questions immediately. Even with a large crowd during check-in, they managed to arrange everything efficiently – a real thumbs up! I've never seen a hotel lobby with so many complimentary drinks before – cold lemonade, hot hibiscus tea, and unlimited freshly ground coffee. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dongguan Street and the South Gate of Slender West Lake. There are also many popular eateries nearby. Plus, it's rare to find a hotel with its own indoor parking. The family room was a bit small, but the bathroom was very spacious and even had a bathtub and a Dyson hairdryer. There was a cute little tent and a rocking horse, and the snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge were replenished daily, with unlimited bottled water. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. Even though it was busy during the summer holidays, everything was restocked promptly. I especially loved their baozi (steamed buns) – the tofu skin buns, vegetable buns, and meat buns all tasted freshly made. The noodle chef was incredibly patient, remembering everyone's special requests and working quickly. The self-service laundry gets busy, so you might have to wait for a spot. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money."

"The hotel service was polite and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and the room was clean and tidy. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, and turndown service included a free drink with a strong local Yangzhou flavor. However, there were two minor drawbacks: First, the pillows weren't very comfortable; they lacked support, leading to a stiff neck after a while, and even swapping them out didn't help much. Second, the TV signal in the room was unstable, occasionally buffering and affecting the viewing experience a bit. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The Ying賓館 is still a highly recommended hotel when visiting Yangzhou, with its beautiful garden environment and excellent location. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Yangzhou."

"We were a family of three, and I specifically chose a room with a 1.5-meter bed plus a slightly smaller one, which made for a very spacious sleep. The pillows were a bit high; it would have been even better if there were options for pillows of different heights. Overall, the hotel's recreational environment is great for kids, with animal feeding and an outdoor swimming pool. In the evening, we went to the hot springs, which had many pools and a nice ambiance, although the fish spa, which the kids loved most, cost extra. If you want to visit Slender West Lake, it's very convenient from here. We also drove a short distance to a highly recommended restaurant online called Da Mao. If you're traveling with children and just want to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings, it's a relaxing choice."

"The standard pillows in the room are latex, which are quite comfortable. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the water pressure is great. The entire room is equipped with smart home features. The only downside is that the standard room size is a bit small, but everything else is good. We even played 'Gan Deng Yan' (a card game) in the restaurant at night. The hotel service is excellent. Satisfied with my second stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Yangzhou East Railway Station, about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Doormen proactively help with luggage, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. They even assisted with my check-out when I couldn't make it back to the hotel in time due to sightseeing. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor serves authentic food, and the breakfast is abundant. It's also super easy and affordable (around 10 yuan) to get a taxi to Dongguan Street, Slender West Lake, and the Grand Canal Museum. I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it to friends."
