The breakfast at Social restaurant on the 41st floor is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western dishes. Everything is made to order, ensuring superior taste, with fresh juices, Cantonese dim sum, and Western cuisine all available, delighting the senses with their color, aroma, and flavor. Staying here offers the best of both worlds: exquisite decor and first-class facilities, coupled with heartwarming service and culinary delights. It's truly a worthwhile place to stay."

"Hygiene: The cleaning was proactive, and the lobby had a pleasant aroma. Environment: The hotel boasts beautiful coastal views, though the beach itself is a bit small. However, the restaurant offers stunning panoramic sea views, making meals very enjoyable. Given that the hotel has been open for several years, some facilities are a bit dated; for instance, many power outlets are loose. The showerhead, which significantly impacts the guest experience, wasn't quite as good as it could be. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still quite good. Service: The staff demonstrated high service awareness and a very good attitude. When I reported a loose power outlet that prevented charging, they immediately brought an extension cord and a data cable to resolve the issue. This really made up for the slight shortcomings in the facilities."

"This is a very new hotel with a beautiful environment and well-designed rooms. It's truly great for a one-night stay, but since I stayed for five days and four nights, let me share my experience! For example, I arrived a little after 1 PM, and the room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM. I went to the restaurant for afternoon tea, which wasn't good at all, and even after I finished, the room still hadn't been cleaned 🤭. Another thing is that there are very few trash cans in the entire hotel. I went for a walk, had a drink, and couldn't find anywhere to throw away the empty can for a long time, so I had to carry it with me. And let's talk about the cleanliness: I entered the room, put down my luggage, and went to wash my hands, and the sink was immediately clogged! I guessed the previous guest had long hair, so I put on a disposable glove and started cleaning it out. Sure enough, I pulled out a lot of hair, and then it drained perfectly. The breakfast was also just so-so; the kids preferred to order takeout than eat there. This is the first time I've written so much, and I don't mean to criticize; I simply hope things get better, so that our next stay here will be even more enjoyable."

It was an absolutely divine experience, offering breathtaking mountain and sea views, impeccable service, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere! Opening the window revealed a stunning panorama of mountains and sea; the crystal-clear South China Sea shimmered, and distant green peaks rose majestically. In the early mornings and evenings, flocks of egrets gracefully flew between the reefs, their pure white forms sweeping over the sea before landing on the craggy rocks to rest. Every photo taken effortlessly captured a healing, filter-free masterpiece. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, privatizing this untouched natural landscape. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the beauty of nature. Whether you're relaxing on the terrace or strolling along the seaside, the tranquility and grandeur are utterly therapeutic. The service at the hotel is thoughtful to its core, making the entire stay, from check-in to check-out, incredibly comfortable, with sincerity evident in every detail. Immediately after checking in, I received fresh welcome fruits accompanied by exquisite tea, instantly dispelling travel fatigue – so heartwarming and considerate. The room design is elegant, and the window views are incredibly refreshing. The mini-bar offers a rich selection of coffee and drinks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up anytime. The amenities are comprehensive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Here, there's no need to rush your itinerary; just wake up to the sound of waves, watch the egrets return to their nests, and slow down amidst the mountains and sea, enjoying your own moments of relaxation. If you're looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle, a place to fully embrace nature, AN LV is definitely the top choice! It’s already on my 'must-return' list; I’ll definitely be back for another rendezvous with the mountains, sea, and egrets~"

The front desk team was professional and courteous—no matter when we made a request, your colleagues provided attentive assistance and valuable recommendations, making us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding, the pool view is especially beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed the amenities in our room. Over the course of just two days, many team members left a lasting impression on us. We would like to give special recognition to: Front Desk: Lucy, Ella, Crystal, Bob, and several other staff members whose names we did not catch—they were consistently friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in their arrangements."

"The Alila Hotel on Dong'ao Island is truly the pinnacle of island getaways in the Greater Bay Area. Perched on a cliff, it's surrounded by the sea on three sides, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views. The hotel's design is incredibly aesthetic, with the rock-formation drop-off area and the 270° panoramic sea-view lobby blending seamlessly with nature. The cantilevered infinity pool extends out over the ocean, making every photo a masterpiece. All suites are spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the azure sea and sky. The soft furnishings exude luxury, and attention to detail is evident everywhere. The service is thoughtful and well-measured; check-in and shuttle services were efficient and smooth, and the staff were polite and gentle. The Haiyan Restaurant uses fresh, local seafood, and the dishes are authentic and delicious. The overall atmosphere is tranquil and private, perfectly isolating you from city noise. It's ideal for both relaxing and leisure, or as a luxurious holiday destination. It's truly a top-tier island hotel worth revisiting. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's public areas are a bit small and less functional. I'm especially grateful for the excellent service from our butler, Brian. The courtyard suite we initially checked into had vegetation obstructing the sea view. After I mentioned this, Brian proactively helped arrange a room change. He even shared his personal hair gel with me! When on vacation, a hotel's blackout curtains are paramount."

"The hotel is huge with excellent design, boasting a futuristic exterior and luxurious interiors. The elevators are very fast. The package deal with unlimited park access is incredibly good value. The lobby is grand, beautifully designed and decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere that is warm and comfortable overall, and the staff are friendly. The concierge service for luggage storage was good, and they even offer free express mail services. Overall, I was very happy. The resort's security is very strict and effective, which is great! I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. The spaceship-themed hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the park, offering fantastic value for money. The hotel is generally good, with a large, well-lit lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, cozy and comfortable overall, and the bed is very comfortable. The room decor is both warm and childlike. The dining options are varied and exquisite; the Cantonese dishes at筷食荟 (Kuai Shi Hui) are authentic, and the buffet restaurant has a wide selection and good value. Hotel facilities are complete, with EV charging stations, making it convenient for self-driving. The shuttle bus to and from the park saves time. The infinity pool is high up, offering amazing views – swimming there is a superb experience. Toiletries are comprehensive. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the Chimelong parks, and they provide free shuttle buses to and from the parks, which is great! Highly recommended! The resort has plenty of parking spaces. The hotel's exterior design is unique, and the interior lobby is full of ocean-themed elements. The concierge staff also provided good service; they allowed us to store our luggage for free until our departure. The room hygiene was well maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, soft, clean, and tidy, complete with miniature toiletries for children. Regarding dining, the dinner at the Sailor's Buffet Restaurant was delicious, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. A wonderful stay experience!"

"Our hotel butler was incredibly dedicated and provided attentive service throughout our stay. They reminded us about show times daily, answered all our questions patiently via WeChat, and were generally very helpful. The hotel has great entertainment facilities, including an indoor play area and an outdoor mini-train, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Guests can enjoy complimentary luggage storage and free parking. Our room had excellent natural light, and the bathroom had stable water pressure. The bedding was comfortable, and they even provided children's toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch – lots of attention to detail! Room service for deliveries was prompt and considerate. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Ocean Kingdom; it's just a 3-minute walk to the entrance, incredibly convenient. It's also close to the high-speed train station, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's fountain plaza is fantastic, offering a stunning visual feast with its musical fountain show combined with Ocean Kingdom's colorful fireworks. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with fresh air. For check-out, you can simply drop your room card into the express check-out box, no need to go to the front desk, which is quick, easy, and saves a lot of time. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. I highly recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel."

"The Hengqin Bay Hotel is the ultimate family-friendly resort! The package deal we got was incredibly good value. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The breakfast was abundant and delicious: The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, including Chinese and Western hot dishes, a freshly-made noodle station, desserts, and fruits – we ate there for two days straight and didn't get bored. The service was impeccable: The staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and professional. The concierge handled luggage storage super efficiently, room service delivered items within minutes, and the front desk made check-in and check-out extremely quick, ensuring a worry-free stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable: Spacious and bright with soft lighting, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The children's toiletries were exquisite and cute, and tiny slippers and bathrobes were provided. The soundproofing was excellent, and the corridor carpets were silent yet playful, ensuring my child slept soundly. The facilities were thoughtfully designed: Ample and free parking, smooth elevators, and a grand lobby. The hotel's biggest highlight is its own dolphin pool; watching the dolphins leap out of the water every morning with my child was so therapeutic! There's also the Hengqin Bay Water World, with indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and children's slides – my child didn't want to leave. Convenient transportation: You can take a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but I highly recommend taking the shuttle boat; the scenery along the way is like something out of a fairytale. The hotel is also very close to the airport and high-speed rail station, making it super convenient for out-of-town guests. In summary: The service is warm, the rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of family-friendly activities, and the package deal is incredibly cost-effective. Next time we come to Chimelong, we'll definitely stay at Hengqin Bay again! Highly recommend to all families with children!"
