"The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy."

"This is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅"

"The entire experience from checking in to buffet breakfast and checkout was excellent and exactly why the hotel deserves its 5 star rating! Was given a room upgrade as original room booked was not available, totally no questions asked. Car parking is very convenient using license plate recognition and just need to validate each time at reception before heading out."

"Has the best services received from greetings at the door entrance-to check-in. Thank you all for making my stay a memorable one. Room wise- all is perfect. Just two points on (1) the wall socket for charging is lacking. My room is 1104. The wall socket next to bed, just lone, cant plug in the 3pin wall charger. The table area-just one too. It works but is just one as well. Provides the USB-A ports, however i am using with caution, only to plug in for earbuds charging. Would think is great to provide for more wall sockets. (2) shower heads, am using the detached type, the two angled provided are not ideal. Amenities provided like disposable toothbrush,shower cap, bar soap,in room slippers,safe box,complimentary mini bar, 2 bottles of water. Live piano and singing performance is entertaining too. Less than 10mins walk away from 1 utama shopping centre, great for those who love to shop,dine. Would recommend to stay."
