My sheets were used - stained and clearly unwashed. It was party night in town so no one at the counter to bring it up with. So I took it at my stride and slept in the used sheets - not at all pleasant. I told the owner the next day, but received no discount. I found it mean and inhospitable. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastically located, the rooms very quaint and comfortable and breakfast perfect. If it weren’t for the sheets it would have been a perfect stay

Very comfortable and friendly hotel. Gluten free bread locally baked and helpful local info provided by Sian. Richard very welcoming offering breakfasting option in Hotel des Cimes due to end of season closure at Les Templiers

Chambres très propres et très bien décorées . Accueil royal et petite déjeuner pantagruélique et bio! Si on ajoute la vue depuis ma chambre quand j’y ai dormi … Cerise sur le gâteau, ou plutôt cherry on the cake comme la patronne est australienne, il y a deux parkings gratuits ( chose désormais rarissime en centre ville) juste à côté !

Hemos dormido dos noches. Habitación muy pequeña, sin armario ni una triste percha donde colgar la ropa Baño sucio. No limpiaron la habitación, ni hicieron la cama el segundo día (la excusa fue que hacer la cama era peligroso por el covid, riesgo que de ser cierto podría minimiz**** si pidieran el pasaporte Covid, que es una obligación que cumplen el resto de hoteles)

Évitez les chambres 3 et 4, toutes en bois à l’ancienne, très très bruyantes et vendues au prix des autres. La « vue montagne » qu’on nous avait vendue se transforme en une chambre avec vue sur un minuscule toit intérieur. Une arnaque. Accueil médiocre, la patronne a toujours le dernier mot. Quel dommage, avec ce bel emplacement au cœur du vieux Luz, cela aurait mérite tellement mieux.. ou bien dans une autre catégorie beaucoup moins cher.

Petit hotel simple, facile et sympa. Personnel très agréable, bien situé sur une place calme de Luz, boissons axées sur le naturel, top. Excellent rapport qualité prix, à recommander pour de belles marches à Gavarnie

hotel de charme et de caractere mais rustique. Pas de télévision dans la chambre et pas d isolation sonore entre les chambres Quartier agréable et typique petit déjeuner Pas d'œuf,jambon,saucisse fruit Il faudrait le moderniser en gardant son style ancien Pas de parking gardé
