Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Hotel location not far from Luzern train station. 5 minutes walk. Also not far from Chapel bridge. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Found a long hair on the bed under the duvet. Other than that, all was perfect. Breakfast was basic.

Rooms are small but worth it for the location. Practically next to the train station but without any of the noise. Front desk folks were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel room is small, but the location is great! The train station is right opposite the hotel. There is a Christmas market down the stairs from the hotel.
