BE AWARE: they told me at checkout yesterday that I’d get my $50 deposit back by the evening. Then they said in 3 days. Now they’re saying in 5 days. Still showing that I was charged on my credit card app… So we’ll see if I get that back! About our stay: If you’re brave and on a budget, you’ll be fine here. But if you’re big on cleanliness and safety then skip this location. Random crap on the carpet. Shower handles leak all over the floor, and there’s rust all over the ceiling and stuff shoved into gaps to prevent leaks. The door isn’t secure at all, and the latch chain could just be ripped off if someone pushed hard on the door. Blood stains (or at least what appeared to be) on the curtain, which also had a massive rip in it. PROS: no bedbugs and we definitely felt safe there. If in a pinch, we’d stay again because it was cheap (IF I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK, that is. Otherwise it’s not cheap) People at the hotel were friendly, I just hope they’re not lying about giving my deposit back 😂 Breakfast was cereals, breads, gravy, eggs and sausage, and a waffle maker. Nothing seemed fresh, we didn’t really eat much. Again, if you want cheap, it’s safe enough and does the job. If you want a refreshing stay, look elsewhere.

Average hotel, but you get what you pay for. Attended an event at Liberty University, and this hotel was close by and half the price of other hotels near the school. It’s an old classic-style motel. The room had a hint of cigarette smoke, and had a water leak under the sink onto the carpet. Breakfast was included, but had a less than usual variety. Probably would not stay here again.

A very dirty place and they don't provide towels for the bathroom and you can't rest comfortably because the sheets are covered in hair and fleas.

Strong smoke smell in room, 301, shower weak. Otherwise reasonably clean and quiet. Friendly staff and good location. Good for a low cost place to sleep.

The property manager and his staff was one of the best i have met, they were very patient and courteous. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

Drive 40 miles away before you think to stay here Usually would add photos etc yet wife was already freaking out. Libertys back to school so all locations booked, Air B&B not a good selection. Hair in the bed, ac no way to point so blew on top of both beds, could stick my hand under the front door gap at bottom, curtains were just that. People outside could see in and us out, could not operate tv, no remote and using tv could not get to connect, shower was a solid stream like from a garden hose could not change, bathroom door bottom from old particle board frayed like pom poms, carpet is from the late 70s or early 80s, stains over walls and ceiling. Guy that checked us in was really nice. Owner in am could tell I was not pleased and said doing some upgrades in Nov. Meeds to be closed down, demolished and re build if you like.
