"The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming and they would help you solve all problems. As the flight arrived early, I asked the staff if they could check in early, and they immediately arranged a clean room for me, slept well here, helped me overcome the jet lag. Although the room is a bit old, it is still clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not bad. Hotel location is also very good, very close to Liberty University and the airport."

"I paid the reservation and room fee online through Trip.com, but when I checked in at the hotel, the front desk lady asked for my credit card. I used a translator because I don't speak English well. I asked why, but the lady kept saying she needed a credit card, so I gave her my credit card. Later, I found out that an additional $51.23 had been charged. I went to the front desk and asked what had happened, but the lady couldn't give me a clear answer. Later, a woman who seemed to be the manager showed up and canceled the additional $51.23. When I asked why the additional charge had occurred, the lady who seemed to be the manager said it was a mistake and didn't apologize to me, the customer. I was very upset and felt bad. Before coming to this hotel, I chose this hotel because it had a higher score than other hotels, but I was very upset by the hotel staff's mistake and rude behavior. I don't want to use this hotel again."
