Brilliant location to discover what Lynton & Lynmouth offer. Ideally situated not far from shops, railway attraction and places to eat. A very warm welcome on arrival with lots of information available and provided for the area. The room was a good size (Summerbreeze) at the front of the house, well presented with an additional room with a single bed which was a great little extra for our daughter. A pleasent view of the front garden with minimal noise overnight and a very comfy bed. Toiletries provided in bathroom, nice clean towels, and a good working shower. In your room, a kettle with plenty of options of beverages (as well as top ups available) and some biscuits. Having wine glasses available too was nice. You are asked to provide your choices for breakfast in the evening, so that it can be prepared for you at your chosen time the next day and there's plenty on offer. We had a comfortable and peaceful night sleep and the breakfast was outstanding!! Lovely lay out, good amounts of high quality food. I requested vegetarian sausages and they were delicious! There's paid parking not far away but if you time it right, its free 2 hour parking at the front, and from 6pm until 10am. So if you arrive at 4pm. You get your 2 free hours until 6pm. Then free overnight from 6pm - 10am. Then your free 2 hours until noon. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for a great price.
