In our establishment, rooms are assigned based on various operational criteria (the category booked, availability, floor organization, and operational constraints), and never according to a guest’s personal profile.Regarding your request for a late check-out at 3:00 p.m., we fully understand that your train was scheduled for the afternoon. However, a departure at this time was not possible for the room category you occupied, due to our operational constraints. We nevertheless offered you the possibility of a late check-out until 2:00 p.m. for an additional fee of €50, in accordance with our policy.
