Nice location and nice services. Room size very small and hotel should be either max 3* - definitely not 4*

I was happy with almost everything in this hotel. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast because we didn't have it. + : location, its just near the Perrache train station, very clean and comfortable rooms. There was also some free syrup downstairs, and they gave us free Christmas beers at the end of our stay. Very nice staff working (all we talked to) -: too hot in the bedroom and impossible to control the temperature from the panel and there was so much sound because of the wind coming from the rooftop so ask to not be on the last floor.

It is very close to the station and the traffic is very convenient. There are supermarkets around, and you can walk to the scenic spots.

Really enjoyed my stay! Staff was really only problem is that the elevators are really really small. Other then that I felt really welcomed

Truly a superb hotel, with a reception open 24/7. The Charlemagne hotel is very quiet and the room has an airlock, separates the front door with a second door, which isolates all external noise (even if there ever was any :)). The room is very clean and has a kettle with an assor**ent of teas, coffees, milk and sugars. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked very promising. The wifi is OK and the T1 tram stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Many amenities within 100m, supermarket (open until midnight), bars, fast food restaurants, organic bakery (right opposite), Place Bellecour 15 minutes walk, Brasserie Georges (5 minutes walk), Perrache train station (5 minutes too). This hotel is top notch! The only slight negative point was that we were hoping for a bathtub which had been announced in the room designation. We had a shower. We only stayed one night, so we didn't go back to reception to change a room with a bath, but given the hotel, I think it would have been possible. We will come back with pleasure and you can go there without blinking.

The service is super satisfactory. It would be even better if there is a bottle of water in the room.

Nice hotel located next to Parruche station. Very good value for money

It's not bad, but there was a problem with parking. Thanks to Ctrip for helping us solve it in time. I really feel that if you want to protect your rights, you must have strong support.
