The daily cleaning was not carried out on the 2nd day of our 4D3N stay. The bathroom is too small. One of the counter staff, a lady, was quite rude and unable to handle hotel guests requests professionally, suggest to send her to attend relevant training if possible.

Location is great close to the old town. Parking was not that easy. Room was ok.

Great location. Good for a classic stay downtown.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a place for shopping downstairs. It is a very safe area. The hotel room is a bit small. It was a bit crowded for the three of us. The facilities are okay.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was nice.

Strategic location

Отель в центре близко к метро, номер отремонтирован, но чувствуется по работе сантехники и слышимости, что отель старый. Обычным ключом уже даже непривычно пользоваться. Неудобно, что мусорная корзина только в туалете. Окна были во двор, выспалась. В целом все хорошо.
