The Old School House

A well put together studio apar**ent offering real comfort and as such it makes an excellent 'bolt hole'. Communication was very good as questions asked after our arrival were answered promptly. Thank you We will most definitely be back. It appears that the last guests didnt really care about cleanliness and as such we had to wash the crockery and pans before using them.

We rented the top floor 3 bedroom apar**ent, it was fantastic. It's such a nice home from home place with lovely features. Facilities are great, and had lots of space. Parking is good, and the street its on is quite and just a lovely area. Booking in when we arrived was very easy and straight forward whilst maintaining a very secure set up. The lady (Amelia) I spoke to was easy to contact and was more than welcoming and helpful. We have stayed before a few years ago and I wouldn't stay anywhere else... really is a great place. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Thankyou I confirm that all photos on the website are true to the old school house, Lytham St Annes. It's a great area to stay in as only a 5 min drive into blackpool, and takes a nice 5min walk into St Anne's, Busses also run ever 20mins into blackpool. It really is a perfect place to stay for a variety of things to do.

10 extended family members stayed at the Old School House for the September weekend. We had 3 apar**ents and loved them all. Each apar**ent had its own character and were spotlessly clean. Well done to Lyndsey who keeps the place ship shape and always went about her business with a smile on her face. The accommodation itself is only a 10 minute stroll to the square and buses are regularly available to Blackpool. Overall a lovely place to stay and certainly worth our 5 star review. We will return.

One of the best places we have stayed in, lovely and clean, large apar**ent, everything you need brilliant location, excellent for young children lots of room for them to play will definitely be back.

Would stay again in a heartbeat. Spotless! Comfortable and spacious. 5 stars!

Apar**ent 2, ground floor. This place is very well decorated and fitted and furnished to a high standard. There is a lot of space with three decent size bedrooms, a good size kitchen and a good size lounge/diner. There is only enough cutlery and crockery for five so bear that in mind if you want to invite guests for a meal. Beds very comfy, TV not smart so only terrestrial channels available. Not a massive issue but I'd say a smart TV is not unreasonable to expect in high quality accommodation like this. Attention to detail did disappoint. We had to phone for the wifi code, very helpful but assured us there should be an information sheet - there wasn't. No toilet roll left at all, luckily we brought some, otherwise wouldn't have been pleased to have to go out on arrival at 8pm to find a shop. We did have an apology and supplies were left the next day. Kitchen equipment a bit tired, with only three mugs in the four mug stand, and chipped plates, no spatula, one kitchen door had come adrift from the cupboard on one hinge. We felt that the crockery etc needed looking over and refreshing. The access to the main door is by a key code which beeps on every press. Unfortunately this is right next to the master bedroom, this, and the front door slamming, was intrusive at times. Could the key code not be muted? Would we stay again? Yes, but next time would possibly consider a different apar**ent within the building.

What an amazing loft apar**ent. Beautifully arranged and really well kept. Loads of room too. Grest views of the sea from the windows. Parking is great and well placed to explore. Communication from Sophie/Amelia is first class, so helpful it's really refreshing to have thst level of customer care. A must stay, if you want quality. I will be going back

The Old School House, Lytham St Anne's looks amazing on the site, but to see it in all its glory exceeded expectations, home from home,, exceptionally clean beautiful accommodation set in very green gardens, excellent parking area, minutes from St. Anne's railway station and town also bus routes from outside the apar**ents to St Anne's or beautiful Lytham. Beach cafe, promenade, within walking distance, which is a lovely area with beach huts. The owners of The Old School House once you get the keys leave you to your own devices which is great, nothing too much if you require extra towels etc, which are left outside your door giving you the privacy you require. If you are on the 1st floor you do have steps to climb with your bags although I am sure if you required assistance they would oblige. Thank you so very much for an amazing place to stay whilst enjoying a fabulous few days with my girlfriend's. Photos are of the sunset from the double front bedroom windows, the sand is a stretch which is minutes walk from the The Old School House. We found out the times the sea came in and had a picnic watching it come bounding in. Karen Wilkinson
