We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Isn’t it enough that the guest has already scanned your ID card when checking in? Why is the store so interested in the personal information of the guest in WeChat? The hotel’s forced request for personal information of customers is really disgusting!
