I was in the old wing, and the windows didn't open. The next morning, my nose and throat were very congested and dry because I couldn't get any fresh air circulating. I also got bug bites, and when I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to another room with windows that opened... but then I couldn't close them. So I spent two days with an open window. They offered no apologies or consideration whatsoever. Absolutely do not stay here. There are plenty of better places at half the price of this hotel.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!

The breakfast buffet at Nanay’s Cuisine was fantastic. It offered great value for the price. The room was decent, not extravagant, but we enjoyed a comfortable stay overall. The gym was quite nice as well.
