Park Inn By Radisson Clark

The room was clean and tidy, and it's right next to SM Mall, so you don't have to worry about food or drinks.

The room was clean and spacious. The location is great, with a shopping mall downstairs that has a department store, supermarket, and many restaurants, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel breakfast was also good and quite substantial, though the variety of fruits and vegetables was a bit limited.

Pros: Impeccable and courteous service: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for from the moment we walked in. A special thank you to Manager Mark. When we encountered an issue with a paint smell in our room, he promptly and proactively assisted us with changing rooms. His efficiency in handling the situation significantly enhanced our service experience! Cons: Paint smell spreading across floors: During our stay, we occasionally noticed a distinct paint smell in the room. This odor seemed to spread across different floors via pipes or common areas, which could be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to smells.

Great place, conveniently located near SMX Convention Center. Comfortable, good staff, and a really nice atmosphere.

The room was spacious but very dusty. The staff were slow, and the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job.

Very close to the airport, you can even see planes taking off and landing from the window. SM Mall is also very close, within walking distance, making dining and drinks very convenient! The 24-hour bar on the first floor is fantastic!

The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept so well with no noise at all. The room amenities were complete. It's really close to the mall, which made getting around super convenient. I could walk to get food and buy necessities easily.
