This was my second trip to Macau, and this time I brought my family. I booked this hotel primarily because it's very close to the city center and the Ruins of St. Paul's. It was super convenient to get here – just an 8-stop bus ride on the number 3 from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and the bus stop is right by the hotel! The hotel's decor is quite artistic, and the room environment and facilities are all new and clean. I especially appreciated the complimentary red wine, which was quite good, as well as the variety of other beverages. Even the razor and toiletries were made of bamboo, which felt very upscale. Thumbs up!

I absolutely loved this hotel! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The cleanliness is top-notch, but what truly stands out is the staff. They went above and beyond in every aspect—from luggage storage to local recommendations. Even when it rained, they were right there to ensure our comfort. The room amenities are premium and very generous. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right next to Senado Square and a short walk to St. Paul’s Ruins. Breakfast was impressive, and the rooftop bar is a must-visit; the drinks are great, and the night view of the city is stunning. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend it to all my friends!

This retro-themed hotel offers a great experience. You can see the Ruins of St. Paul's from the 10th-floor rooftop, and the Senado Square fountain is right downstairs. The staff are warm and friendly. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at the New Central again! Complimentary minibar (once per stay): See the last four attached photos.

The room was a bit small (rooms in Hong Kong and Macau aren't usually big), but it was very clean. I arrived early, and they upgraded my room and allowed for early check-in, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. There were complimentary drinks and red wine in the room. I had pre-purchased a voucher, and it also included two free breakfasts. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely come back.

What a beautiful hotel! One of the most stylish hotels I’ve ever been in my life. The room was spacious, decorated in the old style, the service and breakfasts were also very very good and view from the rooftop is just wonderful. Especially for the price of the room - that’s a great deal! If you are in Macau - I highly recommend staying here
