The first room we checked in got leakage problem around the bowl in bathroom. Then we reported this problem to the front desk. The staffs told us they will arrange room change for us immediately. Really thanks for their prompt action. Very good services standard!

I've stayed at Harbourview Hotel several times, but this time, the hygiene was really appalling! Firstly, the bath towel was hung where the hand towel should be on the bathroom door handle. The handle itself was very dirty, and they hung a body towel there – I was speechless when I saw it. Secondly, another bath towel had a strand of hair on its surface, which clearly shows that the cleaning staff didn't properly clean the items, and the manager didn't thoroughly inspect the room's hygiene. Finally, when I opened the bathroom glass door, a strong foul odor immediately came out. I had to spray the shower area with the showerhead to make the smell slightly fade. The large gap in the door also caused water to leak, and the carpet was completely soaked after my shower. This stay significantly lowered my overall experience. Next time I visit Macau, Harbourview Hotel won't be my first choice.

The service is good, near to fisherman wharf. But nothing much, shops mostly closed . Hotel room are clean.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, and just a 10-minute walk to Wynn, MGM, and various restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the front desk staff's professionalism needs improvement. In the service industry, blaming the customer when you've made a mistake is a big no-no!

The room layout is great, and the bathroom has a large bathtub as well as a separate shower, with plenty of hot water. The tourist attractions and sea views next to the hotel are beautiful, and transportation nearby is very convenient. It's definitely worth staying here.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was super convenient. There are plenty of bus lines right outside the hotel that go to various attractions and other hotels. Sands Entertainment is just across the street. Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner buffet was particularly good value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Overall, a great experience!

This is my second time staying at the Horizon Seaview Hotel. I rarely leave reviews, but the front desk staff, especially a gentleman, provided excellent service this time. He was very responsive on WeChat and even gave us a free upgrade to a king-size suite. Definitely a thumbs up!

The room was spacious, perfect for a large family, and the location was great too, very convenient for getting around. Fisherman's Wharf is right behind the hotel, and you can access it directly from the hotel's back entrance!

Really nice, and the location is great too. There's plenty of food and entertainment nearby, including many famous photo spots. The staff are all incredibly polite, and the place is very clean and tidy!

I've stayed here countless times, it's my top pick for value for money! Although it's been open for many years, the hygiene is still good! You can take the bus across to the Sands, and it's very close to the Science Center and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre. There are also plenty of food options nearby! It's such great value for money! The only downside is the breakfast; they only offer free breakfast for a child if two adults are present. For someone like me, whose husband doesn't eat breakfast, it's not very cost-effective to pay for my child, especially since they only eat a few bites.

Overall, pretty good! It's convenient for getting around, and taking a ferry to Hong Kong is a breeze. There's a really tasty restaurant nearby called You Jili Ice Room. Plus, the swimming pool even has warm water, so I'm glad I brought my swimsuit! I'd definitely stay here again next time!

I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.

Excellent value for money! This hotel is really unique, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Marina Bay Sands, and there are free shuttles to get everywhere.

This hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained and in a convenient location. Fisherman's Wharf is right downstairs. I took the Sands shuttle from the border gate, and it was just a few minutes' walk after getting off.
