City of Dreams - Nüwa Macau

I visit Macau several times a year, and this hotel has left an incredibly deep impression on me. The room, without a doubt, was impeccable in every aspect – fully smart, state-of-the-art facilities, new, and spotlessly clean! But what truly stood out was their service, it was absolutely phenomenal. From the front desk to the concierge, restaurant, pool, and even housekeeping, the attention to detail was exceptional. The front desk, in particular, arranged an early check-in for me, gave me a room with a great view on a high floor, and even proactively extended my check-out until 2 PM. This was a stark contrast to my experience at the Grand Hyatt, where it took a long discussion just to get an extension until 1 PM – this hotel's service was infinitely better! The turn-down service was also remarkably impressive; I've never seen such meticulous and thorough turn-down service before. Five-star hotels in mainland China really need to take notes! The breakfast was also excellent – not a huge spread, but the taste was great and the quality was high! This is genuinely the best hotel I've stayed at in Macau. From now on, whenever I come to Macau, I'll be choosing The Mansion!

This hotel is great, perfect for a family trip and very convenient. A big thank you to Nina, Mike, and Jackson for their excellent service! The hotel also provided a welcome gift! As for the mini-bar, non-alcoholic snacks and drinks are complimentary and restocked daily.

She learned it was our first time in Macau and even escorted us to our room, explaining everything clearly. I didn't have any cash for a tip, but she still bid us a cheerful farewell as she left the room. By the time I got some cash and went to find her, her shift was over. Having stayed in so many hotels, Tiffany truly gave us a fantastic first impression of Macau. From the housekeeping staff to everyone we met when checking out, everyone was friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time and will highly recommend it to others. Hope they keep up the great work!

Mini-bar snacks and complimentary drinks: Absolutely loved them, and there was a great selection too! My kids really enjoyed them, thumbs up! Facilities: Well-maintained, no issues at all. Cleanliness: The lobby, room, and corridors were all very tidy. Both the environment and service were excellent. For a first-time stay, I felt a warm welcome and thoughtful service. I hope this can be maintained, as consistency is key. I'll definitely consider staying here often for future family trips or solo travel.

Nüwa is hands down the best, most comfortable, and most amazing hotel I've stayed at in Macau! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and gave us the best experience. I highly recommend everyone coming to Macau to stay at Nüwa.

Environment: Clean, with the breakfast restaurant on the 25th floor having clear and bright glass walls. Facilities: The room is very spacious, clean, and tidy.

I brought my whole family to Macau for ***** New Year's Eve, and we chose the Hotel Morpheus for its scenic views. I booked three rooms two months in advance, with notes on each reservation. However, upon check-in on New Year's Eve, not a single room had a view! I understand if all three couldn't be arranged, but having none at all is unacceptable. Staring at a dark window on ***** New Year's Eve really ruined the mood! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and the rooms themselves were generally fine. The minibar was quite generous, with welcome fruits, snacks, and chocolates.

This is my third stay at E-Joo recently, and I'm still in the unbeatable view room! It was during Chinese New Year again, and at midnight on ***** New Year's Eve, watching the countdown to Big Ben while eating dumplings 🥟, celebrating the new year with Pipi at E-Joo was truly enjoyable this year! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and E-Joo's breakfast is also very rich, especially the daily dim sum selection (different every day) which is quite unique! Also, thanks to E-Joo for the birthday cake and gift! Happy New Year!

Extremely satisfied! It's clean, and the service is excellent. The staff even organize your belongings for you, and there were so many surprise gifts – it was a real treat! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.
