Great overall experience. The amenities were great. Excellent accomodate and space for kids; the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free popcorn in the lobby and also free drinks and snack in the room. Shuttle bus available to and from the ports.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM. I had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes while it was being prepared. On a positive note, the room setup was pleasant, and the room service was excellent. However, I did encounter another issue: the toilet was blocked, and I had to call a technician to fix it at 3 AM.

We planned our trip here but being told their water park is closed for maintenance, and their indoor water park also close Tue to Thur. No service no greeting, it is a complete mess. Please try to stay away this mismanaged hotel. please ase make your hotel better, it is not up to any standard in Macau. Other hotel would be much better choice

I live 28 floor. I really like the window view and swimming pool. I spend half of day to see the view and relax in the swimming pool
