Studio City Hotel

easy to check in, but they didn't tell us where is the breakfast buffet. Good, so many water in the room. the pool is big , but only i think 3 feet. when we go to breakfast, they didn't know that we have a breakfast 😅 but breakfast is good 👍 location is okay but if rainy day not good. is hard to go to the other hotels.cause when you take the bus it's take time.

very good experience. fast email response when i emailed my enquiries. smooth check in and very helpful staff. we have a kid, when the front desk realised she helped us to arrange kid's kit, and very patient when we were joining the hotel membership. connecting buses were good and very close to the LRT station. superb if bring kids, my son enjoyed the indoor water park and the playhouse so much! and we also went up to the reels! they can have all kind of entertainment within one building! got free pop corn ,also lots of restaurant choices too!

Very good trip in Macau. The water park is great and the staff is very good to servicing us! We must go again!

We enjoyed the stay very much. The facilities and amenities were good. There was good quality of food and a wide variety at breakfast. The kids particularly enjoyed the robot delivered amenities to our room.

A trip to celebrate family member's birthday and also to bring my kid to macau for the first time. It was a very enjoyable stay as the hotel was very responsive by email to arrange our special request (crib, birthday cake, etc -- special thanks to Reservations Tracy). The buffet breakfast was very good quality, definitely exceed expectations. We definitely be back to stay to bring our kid for more fun at waterpark and playroom next time. Thank you Studio City for a pleasant stay.

Family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) booked two rooms. One room was available at 3pm, however the other room we had to wait until 6.20pm! Which was frustrating as check in time was supposed to be 3pm and it delayed our plans. 1st room was fine with no issues. However, the second room really smelled of cigarette smoke. We had asked for a non smoking room so this was very disappointing. We called reception straight away and after an hour of sorting they managed to find us another room. They reassured us that their housekeeping had checked the new room to ensure no smoke smelt. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the new room there also had cigarette smoke. With small children we cannot just suck it up and stay in the room. We called reception again and they came to investigate and put in an air purifier machine. By the time this was done it was near 9pm. They did leave a bowl of fruit for us 😊 and the next day they called to check everything was okay. Overall the kids loved the hotel. Waterpark was amazing, shuttle bus was great and loved all the Sanrio displays everywhere.

the staff are nice and try to solve our problems. Although we cant got 3 rooms at the same level of hotel , we can see those staff try to find out the best way to solve our request .

Mistake was made when we tapped the key and opened our hotel room door, the guests were not leaving indeed as we found their belongings at the room. That's so surprised and luckily that the customers were not there. We informed the check in counter immediately and the senior manager apologized, then upgraded us to a room with excellent view and provided some fruits to us. We were quite satisfied afterall !

When it comes to Size of Hotel Coz HK couldnt Beat Macao. With their Huge Indoor pool serving with refreshing juice that was Fantastic!!! Please do reserve your trip to this hotel... Also please see blackout dates as you may not enjoy Swimming at Their water world!!! See You Next Time Studio City!
