The St. Regis Macao

What I liked most was the excellent hotel service. The staff at the baggage claim, the beverage service, and the breakfast restaurant were all very good. The location is also great. It's super convenient to get to The Parisian and The Venetian directly from the second floor. Wynn Palace and Cotai East Station are right next door, and there's a taxi stand out front. A bus stop is also nearby, making it easy to get to Coloane and the Peninsula. My only complaint is that the building might be a bit old, so the soundproofing feels a bit disappointing. It's not as good as hotels on the Peninsula. I kept hearing water sounds from other rooms in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast selection wasn't extensive. But my favorite thing was the 24-hour beverage service, haha! Sitting in the hotel in the afternoon with that service felt like a perfect, ritualistic afternoon tea.

With two large beds, sleeping with the kids was a breeze. Drinks were delivered to the room 24/7, and although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was outstanding. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient: Studio City is to the right, The Venetian is across the street, and it shares a building with The Londoner. MGM is right behind, and Wynn Palace is just a 5-minute walk away.

The service is just wonderful! They offer complimentary drinks and fruit delivered to the room and even helped me press my overcoat. In the evenings, a butler service tidies up the room and cleans the bathtub. The hotel's heated pool faces Big Ben, which is amazing. I'd definitely love to stay here again.

The room's location was excellent, making it super convenient to get around. There are good restaurants right downstairs, and the room had a beautiful view. The shower pressure was fantastic, and breakfast was delicious. As always, great value for money from this brand!

I brought my mom to St. Regis to celebrate her birthday. The hotel decorated the room with balloons and sent a birthday cake and fruit. Service: The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service 👍. Facilities: The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful design of the small nightlights on both sides of the headboard; you just press them to turn them on. The breakfast buffet is available from 7 AM to 1 PM, which is a fantastic schedule, and the hotel breakfast tasted great.

Excellent value for money! They have a heated pool, great views, and the room was very spacious. Many of the staff speak English, and you can even have breakfast delivered to your room.
