衞生狀況差
•衞生條件不達標。衞生間清潔不到位，馬桶未擦洗、浴巾有污漬。
設施問題
•房間有濃濃的異味、設施陳舊，如電視，傢俱斑駁，燒水壺陳舊，牆皮剝落，地板凹凸不平。
服務質量差。
•前台辦理入住速度慢，工作服務嚴重不負責，服務態度極差。
虛假宣傳
•酒店實際情況宣傳不符、房間大小、裝修風格與宣傳相差甚遠。
價格與收費問題
•酒店等級與實際不符、收費與環境不成正比、還不如招待所……

2025年11月30日我和閨蜜一起入住，這天是以她的名字預訂的酒店，我們同時一起前往前台辦理的入住手續，當時我倆的證件都有給到前台登記，第二天（12月1日）以我的名字預訂的酒店，我閨蜜在後麪回酒店時沒有與我一起，就要前台開下電梯與房間門，前台就説11月30日並沒有我本人的入住記錄，就不給我閨蜜開門，當時我閨蜜一臉懵逼，因為我們證件都有給，而為何你們酒店就看不到11月30日我入住的記錄，這是你們的工作失職，才沒有登記我的證件，當時我閨蜜還要你們前台調取酒店的監控説明事實，你們也不理會，也不做處理，當時都凌晨四點多鐘，這個點本來就很困要休息，僵持一個小時都沒有得到處理，導致我閨蜜就一直在前台得不到休息，整整一晚沒有進去過房間門，後面我閨蜜跟我説明情況後，我也很不愉快，心情特別糟糕，酒店辦理事情如此刁難，我也沒有必要繼續入住，當時就收拾好行李凌晨5點多點就退房了……
這次入住體驗非常差，存在霸王規定，不建議住這個酒店。

淡季去的 大床600多一晚 整體性價比很高！
傳統五星酒店的風格 設施設備大而全 裝修很老錢 但也微微有點舊 大堂很漂亮 聖誕節氛圍很好 海景可以看到一些 整體非常對得起這個價格！

對於我們吃吃逛逛的人來説，這個地理位置無敵了。30分鐘步行可以到達非常多的地方。酒店附近充分保留了澳門原有的感覺，喜歡走走溜達的人應該會喜歡吧。雖然是集團的金卡會員但是這次會員價格沒有ctrip的優惠，酒店服務非常好，一進大堂立即就做引導，遇到的所有、是所有的工作人員都友善禮貌，期間體驗過酒店行政酒廊的設施，餐食保持索菲特的水準，好評。房間整潔衞生舒適寬敞，而且按預訂時的備註安排得妥妥當當，非常滿意。由於是忙裡偷閒過來，衹能是匆匆而過，之後一定會再來澳門度假在酒店多待幾天！一家非常推薦的酒店。

酒店確實比較老了，但是在老城區位置很好，周圍很多美食老店！酒店可以幫忙打車服務，和大巴服務。老的五星酒店能保養這樣也不錯了！床比較軟，沒有瓶裝水！

We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.

Good hotel, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was that there was no shuttle service available, which made getting to or from the hotel a bit of a hassle. But there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and walkable to Ruin St Paul, so this hotel is still a good choice considering the price also affordable.
