The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, the desserts are delicious, and the room is clean. The hotel has a pool, and you don't need to bring a travel adapter. We had a great night's sleep with the kids. Just be aware that the drinks in the room are chargeable.

The neighborhood surroundings are dead, I guess the casino is now gone, not many tourists there anymore. Surrounding businesses are dead. Hotel is old, won't recommend

Once again, I chose this hotel. It's definitely a five-star experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. Plus, there's a bus stop right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to other places. There are also all sorts of restaurants nearby.

Very satisfied. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a bus stop. The staff upgraded us to a sea view room when we checked in. It rained for most of our stay, and the staff even lent us an umbrella when we didn't have cash on us. A very satisfying stay overall.

The Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 rooms are spacious. I always choose to book this hotel because it's affordable and has plenty of space. Even though there's no game room, it's still worth staying here. It's also very convenient to exchange money right outside the entrance.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit dated, but the room itself was surprisingly awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is super convenient, and the view from the window is great. The price through Trip.com was excellent, basically half of what the front desk quoted.

Great, with a beautiful view from the window. The location is excellent; it's a 10-minute walk to St. Paul's Ruins, and there's a bus stop right downstairs with direct routes to the border crossing. The room facilities are a bit dated, but you can still see the past glory of a five-star hotel in the lobby and facade.

My kids absolutely loved it! The variety of food was great, and they had a fantastic time playing in the hotel's own swimming pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic, and the room service is attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau. It's truly great, I personally highly recommend it!

Stayed here a decade ago and chose it again – this classic chain really maintains its quality. It's a bit old but very clean. The breakfast is good too! If I visit again, I'd definitely pick this place. The bus stop downstairs is convenient, and it's an easy walk to Senado Square (specifically the Ruins of St. Paul's) and St. Lazarus' Quarter. Plus, any small restaurant downstairs serves up great food.

The hotel is very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. You can easily walk through the alleys and grab a bite to eat on your way there. If you're coming from Hong Kong, take the ferry to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. There are no free shuttle buses from there anymore, but a taxi ride only takes about 15 minutes and costs 55 MOP. Many taxi drivers will try to charge you a 1:1:1 exchange rate for MOP, HKD, and RMB, so it's a good idea to have some cash on hand. The room was quite spacious, and while it's a bit dated, the price was still pretty good!

This hotel is quite sizable, and I imagine it was once very famous. However, ever since the casino downstairs closed, many of the surrounding shops have also shut down. Thankfully, it's located in the old town, so there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The hotel room is a decent size, and getting around is quite convenient.

The hotel its outside was already old, room was nice. The location is so great near to sight seeing San Ma Lu, temple de A Má, Ruinas de Sao Paulo, market, roadside eatery…
